Kod navedenih ispitivanja masena koncentracija čvrste faze u suspenziji iznosila je 5,768 g dm -3 magnezijeva hidroksida. Ovisnost visine taloga, Z, o vremenu sedimentacije, t, pri nestehiometrijskom 80 %-tnom načinu taloženja, uz različite količine dodanog flokulanta 831A Iz grafičkog prikaza (slika 17) ovisnosti visine taloga magnezijeva hidroksida o vremenu sedimentacije za sve ispitivane količine flokulanta 831A (3,8; 3,9; 4,0; 4,1; 4,2; 4,3; 4,4 cm 3 ) pri nestehiometrijskom 80 %-tnom načinu taloženja dolomitnim vapnom, uočava se da su postignuti optimalni rezultati uz dodatak 4,1 cm 3 flokulanta 831A / 500 cm 3 morske vode. 68
