Purpose of study:<br />
In order to preserve traditional values and promoting<br />
the development of rural tourism, the Tourist Board is<br />
the project of the CBC wanted to live and practice show<br />
that in all environments with conditions, can develop<br />
this form of tourism, and through education, old crafts<br />
and skills from oblivion.<br />
Methodology/Approach:<br />
The methodological approach is carried through the<br />
first recording of situation on the ground, and background<br />
research on the level of economic development in<br />
partnerś countries. During the implementation of the<br />
project as the method most used on the workshops interactive<br />
approach to the subject through workshops of<br />
old crafts and through interactive workshops on various<br />
topics covered by the rural tourism.<br />
Findings:<br />
After sixteen months of project implementation, which<br />
is evident and in function, is in Backi Petrovac reconstructed<br />

tre for the advancement in the rural tourism. As well as<br />
eco-ethno Adica center we equipped six accommodation<br />
capacities in eco-ethno centre Adica, Furnished in<br />
ethnic style, 2 classrooms for the education of old crafts<br />
and outdoor classroom. There were workshops for gold<br />
embroidery, pottery, weaving, and it is an ongoing workshop<br />
drotarstva, ie, jewelry and objects made of wire.<br />
For each trade organized two workshops for eight days,<br />
three hours a day, and each group there were 20 participants.<br />
In Backi Petrovac theoretical workshops were<br />
held: Creating a business plan and model management,<br />
Communication skills, Marketing and promotions.<br />
Originality/Value:<br />
Selecting the training modules we tried to choose a<br />
native, but somewhat forgotten crafts, for which this<br />
area was once known, and to avoid repetition of actions<br />
implemented for training. Upon completion of the<br />
training we will have 40 new people from each of 10 skilled<br />
trades for the same. Theoretical modules are held at<br />
cross-border partner arouse great interest and recorded<br />
a large number of stakeholders, not just from Backi Petrovac,<br />
but from all over Vojvodina.<br />
Research limitations/Implications:<br />
Some of the chosen craft already little disappearing, forgetting,<br />
and for certain trades was very difficult to find a<br />
coach, that person will teach the same.<br />
Practical implications:<br />
Našim edukativnim modulima želimo skrenuti pažnju,<br />
ne samo na vještine i tehnike, već i na njihovu prirodnu<br />
vezu kao i na vezu svih tih materijala s podnebljem,<br />
čime „opravdavamo“ ideje tog izbora i uključivanja općenito<br />
u temu bavljenja ruralnim turizmom.<br />
