Purpose of study:<br />
The purpose of the research process is a complex evaluation<br />
of the effects of tourism development and its<br />
impact on the environment, which will be used for the<br />
indicators proposed by the experts of the European Union,<br />
on which during the last few years performing analytical<br />
studies and monitors the development of tourism<br />
in many tourist destinations in Europe. The application<br />
involves the concept of institutional and organizational<br />
support and involvement of all stakeholders.<br />
Methodology/Approach:<br />
The methods of induction and deduction allow consideration<br />
of the general trends based on individual facts and<br />
knowledge. The method of comparison, the comparison<br />
will be used when comparing different practices have<br />
been implemented in our domicile abroad and potential.<br />
The paper will use qualitative methods of strategic<br />
management: SWOT analysis, Stakeholders analysis<br />
(analysis of key subjects from the environment). Also<br />
be used empirical methods, as well as information and<br />
observations obtained during the participation in scientific<br />
congress, seminars and professional workshops.<br />

interconnection and cooperation of all the factors that<br />
influence the development of tourism<br />
Research limitations/Implications:<br />
In this paper an analytical and critical approach to the<br />
problem specified, the existing theoretical knowledge<br />
from experience and practice, and thus points to the<br />
positive and negative assumptions that are based on a<br />
scientific background.<br />
Practical implications:<br />
Expected results of the study of sustainable tourism<br />
development in the light of contemporary changes. By<br />
examining successful experiences, the paper will define<br />
the basis for successful development of protected areas,<br />
which can be used in the implementation of other national<br />
parks, the example of successful European experiences.<br />
