tourists according to which the providers of the services
and the members of their families can offer the guests
varied services.

More Inspection control of the rendered catering
services at rural households is performed by the market
inspectors of the State Inspectorate.
Taking into consideration that the preventive action of
inspection has not been prescribed anywhere, the primary
purpose of this work is to inform the subjects of
control in a summarised and clear way on all the regulations
to be controlled by the market inspectors during
the inspection control.
As it is known, prescribed penalties are rather high;
there are a lot of regulations according to which the inspectors
perform their controls, and the purpose of this
work is to do something at the education and prevention
concerning the violation of the regulations with the
control in rural households.
