Odre|ivanje tro{kova priklju~enja na prenosnu - Eps

nog tr`i{ta elektri~ne energije (REM) u Jugoisto~noj
Evropi.
– U grupi C5 Tr`i{te elektri~ne energije i deregulacija:
reorganizovanje elektroprivrednih preduze}a;
Agencija za energetiku; stvaranje regionalnog
tr`i{ta elektri~ne energije u Jugoisto~noj Evropi;
teorijski i prakti~ni aspekti prora~una i dodele
prenosnih kapaciteta; regulisanja zagu{enja u
mre`i i kompenzacije tro{kova prekograni~nih
razmena izme|u operatora prenosnih sistema;
prate}e i sistemske usluge i njihova aukcija na liberalizovanom
tr`i{tu elektri~ne energije.
– U grupi D2 Informacioni sistemi i telekomunikacije:
primena WEB tehnologija, CIM/CIS modela/standarda
i XML jezika u SCADA/EMS/DMS
sistemima, razmena podataka izmedju centara
upravljanja i sa EES objektima, komunikacione
arhitekture i protokoli, modeli podataka i komunikacionih
servisa, komunikacioni standardi, sigurnost
komunikacija i podataka; IT sistemi i
servisi za Operatore sistema i tr`i{ta, integracija
informacionih sistema i servisa na nivou kompanije,
upravljanje i skladi{tenje podataka (Data
management, Data warehouses); revitalizacija
upravljanja hidroelektranama i termoelektranama:
mesto/nivoi i na~ini upravljanja, funkcije, sistemi,
ure|aji, performanse, standardi, cost/benefit
analize; iskustva u izgradnji telekomunikacionog
sistema elektroprivrede.
Na Simpozijumu je u okviru prate}eg programa
odr`ano jedno stru~no predavanje na temu „IEC
61850 u kontekstu iskustva firme ABB” i dve tribine.
Prva je bila „Nikola Tesla i njegov doprinos savremenoj
civilizaciji” povodom obele`avanja jubileja
150 godina od ro|enja Nikole Tesle, a druga „Ravnopravno
u informaciono dru{tvo” povodom aktivnosti
u okviru ITU (International Telecomunication
Union). Obe tribine su bile dobro pose}ene pobudiv-
{i veliko interesovanje u~esnika. U~esnici Simpozijuma
su posetili RHE Bajina Ba{ta - zna~ajnu elektranu
u na{em elektroenergetskom sistemu.
13. simpozijum Upravljanje i telekomunikacije u
elektroenergetskom sistemu nastavlja odr`avanje
simpozijuma koje je po~elo 1975. godine, odgovaraju}i
uvek savremenim i sve kompleksnijim zahtevima
elektroprivrede.

Regional Electricity Market (REM) in South-east
Europe.
– In group C5 Electricity Market and Deregulation:
reorganization of power utilities: Energetics
Agency; creation of the regional electricity market
in the South-east Europe; theoretical and practical
aspects of calculation and allocation of transmission
capacities; regulation of congestion in
the network and compensation of costs of transborder
exchanges among distribution system operators;
system and auxiliary services and the auction
thereof at the liberalized electricity market.
– In group D2 Information Systems and Telecommunications:
Application of WEB technologies, CIM/CIS models/standards
and XML language in SCA-
DA/EMS/DMS systems, exchange of data between
control centers as well as with power system utilities,
communication architectures and protocols, models
of both data and communication services, communication
standards, reliability of communication
and data; IT systems and services for system and
market operators, integration of information
systems and services at the company’s level, data
management and data warehouses; revitalization of
hydro power and thermal power plants control; place/levels
and methods of control, functions, systems,
units, performances, standards, cost/benefit analyses,
experiences in construction of power utilities telecommunication
systems.
At the Symposium, within the accompanying program,
an expert lecture the subject of which was
„IEC 61850 in the context of experience of ABB
Company” and two debates were organized. The
first one was „Nikola Tesla and his contribution to
modern civilization” on the occasion of celebrating
the jubilee of 150 years of Tesla’s birth, and the second
one was „On equal footing into informatics
society”, related to activities within ITU (International
Telecommunication Union). Both debates (round
tables) were well attended and incited a great
interest of participants. The participants of the
Symposium visited RHE Bajina Basta, an important
power plant in our power industry system.
The 13th Symposium - Control and Telecommunications
in the power system - continues the tradition
of organizing symposiums that started in 1975,
responding always to modern and more and more
complex demands of electric power industry.
