What are your expectations from
the fair?
“After the long Covid-19 pandemic,
the global markets continue to recover
and we expect a large number of
visitors from the knitting industries, especially
visitors from the Middle-east,
North Africa and Latin America.”
What are your short, medium and long
term goals?
“As the global markets continue to
recover but in view of the international
geo-political issues, we are expecting
the market recovery to speed up at
the end of this year, and gain more
momentum in the next year. Textile
products are a basic necessity in life,
and we are a part of the supply chain
of the high-street fashion wear industry,
hence we expect the demand
for knitting machines to be very good
in the medium-to-long term.”
What would you like to say about
sustainability and environment?
“Our machine manufacturing processes
have been very clean and
green, with minimum water and air
pollution. Nonetheless, we continue
to invest in eco-friendly modern CNC
machines and processing equipment
and update our procedures
in our knitting machine manufacturing,
with the objectives to reduce
the utilisation of power supply and
reduce waste products. We also
implemented such eco-friendly requirements
in our selection of vendors
and partners. Our knitting machines
have been using electrical products
such as the Siemens IE3 grade motor
with high-efficiency rating, LED lighting,
etc. Our knitting machines have
been designed to reduce power
consumption and compressed air
consumption. We have also introduced
a vacuum suction system which
could collect the cotton fluff for recycling,
also to improve the working
environment of knitting factories.”
Fuardan beklentileriniz nelerdir?
“Uzun süren Covid-19 salgınının ardından küresel pazarlar
toparlanmaya devam ediyor ve başta Orta Doğu,
Kuzey Afrika ve Latin Amerika’dan olmak üzere örme
sektörlerinden çok sayıda ziyaretçi bekliyoruz.”
Kısa, orta ve uzun vadede hedefleriniz nelerdir?
“Küresel piyasalarda toparlanma devam ederken, uluslararası
jeopolitik sorunlar göz önüne alındığında, bu
yılsonunda piyasadaki toparlanmanın hızlanmasını ve
önümüzdeki yıl daha da ivme kazanmasını bekliyoruz.
Tekstil ürünleri hayatın temel bir ihtiyacı ve biz cadde
modası giyim sektörünün tedarik zincirinin bir parçasıyız,
bu nedenle örgü makinelerine olan talebin orta ve
uzun vadede çok iyi olmasını bekliyoruz.”
Sürdürülebilirlik ve çevre konusunda neler
söylemek istersiniz?
“Makine imalat süreçlerimiz minimum su ve hava kirliliği
ile temiz bir doğa hedeflemekteyiz. Bununla birlikte, güç
kaynağı kullanımını azaltmak ve atık ürünleri azaltmak
amacıyla çevre dostu modern CNC makinelerine ve
işleme ekipmanlarına yatırım yapmaya ve örgü makinesi
imalatımızdaki prosedürlerimizi güncellemeye
devam ediyoruz. Örme makinelerimizde yüksek verimlilik
dereceli Siemens IE3 sınıfı motor, LED aydınlatma vb. gibi
elektrikli ürünler kullanılmaktadır. Örme makinelerimiz
güç tüketimini ve basınçlı hava tüketimini azaltmak üzere
tasarlanmıştır. Ayrıca örme fabrikalarının çalışma ortamını
iyileştirmek için geri dönüşüm için pamuk tüylerini
toplayabilecek bir vakumlu emiş sistemini de tanıttık.”
