daha bilimsel üretime geçiş yapmış olacaksın.<br />
Çevreci üretim yaparken hem kaliteli, hem<br />
de ekonomik üretim yapmış olman gerekiyor.<br />
Ekonomik olabilmesi için de ölçek ekonomisini<br />
uygulamalısın. Az ürettiğin şey değerli olur. Çok<br />
üretip satabilmen için de müşterilerin olması<br />
gerekiyor. ITMA fuarları bu anlamda daha da<br />
önem kazanıyor. Çok üretip, kaliteli ve herkese<br />
satarak hem ülkemize daha fazla döviz sağlamak,<br />
hem de üretim giderlerini düşürüp üretimin<br />
sürdürülebilir olmasını sağlamak. Yoksa üretim<br />
sürdürülebilir olmaz. Çin bunu ölçek ekonomisi<br />
sisteminde çok güzel uyguluyor” diye açıkladı.<br />
TEKNİK TEKSTİLLER<br />
Türkiye’nin tekstilde başarılı olabilmesi için teknik<br />
tekstiller ve katma değeri yüksek ürünler üretmesi<br />
gerektiğini vurgulayan İrfan Yolcular şunları<br />
söyledi. “Nit Örme teknolojinin olduğu her yerde<br />
vardır. Türkiye’de üretilen TOGG otomobilin<br />
içindeki teknik tekstillerin geliştirilmesinde yer<br />
alan mühendislerimiz, otomobil için en iyisini<br />
yapmaya gayret ediyorlar. Nit Örme olarak biz<br />
de bu tür projelerin içinde yer almak istiyoruz.<br />
Kurmuş olduğumuz atölyeler ve laboratuvarla<br />
mühendislerimize çalışma imkanı sağlıyoruz.<br />
ITMA’da müşteriden gelen doneleri alıp veya<br />
dünyada nelere ihtiyaç var onları tespit edip,<br />
biz de ona göre yol haritamızı tekrar güncellememiz<br />
gerekiyor. Fuar bu açıdan çok önemli.<br />
Dünyanın nereye gittiğini görüyoruz, firmalar<br />
da kendini gelişmelere göre yeniden dizayn<br />
edebiliyor. Tasarım ve İnovasyon Merkezimiz, yenilik<br />
ve araştırma yapmak isteyen herkese açık<br />
bir yer. Üniversitelerden Arge yapmak isteyen<br />
akademisyenler ve genç mühendis adayları<br />
buraya gelip sektörle ilgili istedikleri araştırmaya<br />
yapabilirler. Ülkemizin teknoloji tüketen değil<br />
de teknoloji üreten konuma gelmesi için genç<br />
yeteneklere imkan sunarak, onların yetkinliklerini<br />
ve projelerini ortaya çıkarmak istiyoruz.”<br />
Sustainable production<br />
Yolcular, expressing that sustainable and<br />
environmentally friendly production comes to<br />
the fore day by day, said “There will be more<br />
talk about the “Carbon Footprint” in the next<br />
periods. At carbon footprint, the criteria how<br />
much a product damages to the environment<br />
while it is being produced and how efficient<br />
you are gain importance. The less you pollute<br />
the environment and the cheaper it is, the<br />
more competitive and sustainable you will be<br />
in the product you manufactured. It is because<br />
the European Union will ask you for taxes after<br />
a while. You need to make environmentally<br />
friendly products so that your products can<br />
be preferred. You will have transitioned from<br />
under-the-counter production to more scientific<br />
production. You need to produce both<br />
high quality and economically while making<br />
environmentally friendly production, In order<br />
that it is economical, you have to apply economies<br />
of scale. What you produce less becomes<br />
valuable. You need to have customers in order<br />
to produce and sell a lot. ITMA fairs gain more<br />
importance in this sense. It is to provide more<br />
foreign currency to our country by producing a<br />
lot, selling it to everyone with high quality, and<br />
also to ensure production to be sustainable by<br />
reducing production costs. Otherwise, the production<br />
will not be sustainable. China is doing<br />
this very well in the economies of scale system.”<br />
Technical textiles<br />
İrfan Yolcular, emphasizing that Turkey has to<br />
produce technical textiles and products with<br />
high added value in order to be successful<br />
in textiles said “Nit Örme is wherever there is<br />
technology. Our engineers, who are involved<br />
in the development of technical textiles inside<br />
the TOGG automobile produced in Turkey, are<br />
trying to do the best for the automobile. As Nit<br />
Örme, we want to take part in such projects.<br />
With the workshops and laboratories we have<br />
established, we are giving opportunity to our<br />
engineers to work. We need to receive the data<br />
coming from the customers at ITMA or determine<br />
what is needed in the world and accordingly<br />
update our roadmap. The fair is very important<br />
in this respect. We see where the world is going,<br />
and the companies can redesign themselves<br />
according to developments. Our Design and Innovation<br />
Center is a place open to anyone who<br />
wants to innovate and research. Academicians<br />
and young engineer candidates from universities<br />
who want to do R&D can come here and<br />
do research they want about the sector. We<br />
want to reveal the competencies and projects<br />
of young talents by providing opportunities so<br />
that our country is a technology producer rather<br />
than a technology consumer,”<br />
