olarak görülmektedir. Ancak üyelerimizden
aldığımız değerlendirmelere göre
geçtiğimiz yıldan bu yana devam eden
global daralmanın, enerji krizlerinin ve
maliyetlerin artması sebebiyle sektörümüz
ITMA fuarının verimli geçeceği
kanaatinde değil. Malumunuz ziyaretçilerin
vize problemi her ITMA döneminde
yaşanır. Ancak bu dönemde Türkiye’den
katılan, stant almış ve birçok masraf yapmış
firmalarımızdan dahi vize problemi
yaşayan birçok yetkilinin olduğunu görüyoruz.
Ayrıca müşterilerin de fuara gelmekte
sorunlar yaşadığı görülmektedir.
Vize problemiyle beraber ülkemiz tekstil
sanayisinin pandemi sonrası AB ülkelerinden
gelen taleplerin azalması, mevcut
taleplerin farklı coğrafyalara dağılması,
artan üretim maliyetleri, fiyatların rakip
ülke pazarlarına göre yüksek kalması
ve yaşanan deprem felaketi gibi konular,
ITMA fuarlarının en büyük ziyaretçi
profilinin başında gelen ülkelerden birisi
olan Türkiye tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörlerimizi
de maalesef olumsuz etkilemiştir.
Ayrıca tüm yurtdışı fuarlarda ve tanıtım
organizasyonlarımızda destek aldığımız
ve beraber hareket ettiğimiz Makine İhracatçıları
Birliği (MAİB) ile birlikte ITMA’23
fuarında tanıtım faaliyeti yapmak ve Türk
tekstil makine sektörümüzü temsil etmek
adına, tüm uğraşlarımıza rağmen herhangi
bir yer tahsis edilmemiştir. Buradaki
durumun ise maalesef kasıtlı olduğunu
düşünüyoruz. 190 Türk firmasının katılacağı
bir organizasyonda, sektörün ülkemizdeki
tek temsilcisi olarak bizleri firmaların
yaşadığı problemlerin çözümü ve diğer
tüm aktif süreçlerde muhatap almayan
ilgili organizasyona dair üyelerimizin büyük
tepkileri var. Bazı üyelerimiz fuardan
çekilmeyi dile getirirken, Türk tekstil makine
sektörü olarak yaşanan bu olumsuzlukları
kabul etmemiz mümkün değildir.”

Our evaluations about itma’23 fair to be held in june
“This year, 190 Turkish companies are participating in
the ITMA fair. The fair is seen as Europe’s largest textile
machinery fair, which takes place once every 4 years.
However, according to the evaluations we received
from our members, our sector does not believe that
the ITMA fair will be productive due to the global contraction,
energy crises and the increase in costs since
last year. As you know, the visa problem of visitors is
experienced in every ITMA period. However, in this period,
we see that there are many officials from Turkey
who have visa problems, even from our companies
that have taken a booth and made a lot of expenses.
In addition, it is seen that customers have problems in
coming to the fair. Beside the visa problem, the issues
such as that the demands from EU countries decreased
for our country’s textile industry, the current demands
were distributed to different geographies, the
production costs increased, the prices remained higher
than the competing countries’ markets after the
pandemic and the earthquake disaster was experienced
unfortunately have negatively affected our textile
and ready-to-wear sectors of Turkey, which is one of
the countries at the top of the biggest visitor profile
of ITMA fairs. Furthermore, no place has been allocated
despite all our efforts we did in order to carry out
promotional activities and represent our Turkish textile
machinery sector at the ITMA’23 together with the
Machinery Exporters’ Association (MAİB), with which
we receive support and act together in all foreign fairs
and promotional organizations. Unfortunately, we think
that this situation is intentional. Our members have
great reactions for the relevant organization, which
does not contact us as the only representative of the
sector in our country in order to solve the problems the
sector experienced and all other active processes in
an organization where 190 Turkish companies will participate.
While some of our members express to quit
from the fair, it is not possible for us as the Turkish textile
machinery sector to accept these negativities.”
