VE İHRACATINDA TÜRKİYE OLARAK ÇOK
İYİ BİR SEVİYEDE OLMAMIZA RAĞMEN;
İPLİK, DOKUMA, ÖRME MAKİNELERİ
ÜRETİMİNDE ZAYIF KALMA SEBEPLERİMİZ
“Kabiliyet açısından ülkemiz tekstil makine
sanayisinin hiçbir eksiği yok. Ülkemizde
geçmiş yıllarda dokuma tezgahları da iyi
kapasitelerde üretildi, yurtiçinde kullanıldı
ve hatta ihracatı da yapıldı. Ülkemizin
asırlık tekstil tecrübesi var ve tekstil
sanayisinde kazandığımız bu yüksek
tecrübeler ile sektörün teknolojisini de
biliyoruz. Ancak geçmiş dönemlerdeki
girişimler maalesef yeterli devlet desteğini
alamadığı ve yerli tekstil sanayicisince
de yeterli ilgi görmediği için kayboldu.
Mevcutta bu makineleri üretmek için yeni
girişimler olduğunu da takip ediyoruz. Bu
kapsamda Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’
nın Teknoloji Odaklı Sanayi Hamlesi
programı kapsamına ithalatı yoğun
yapılan bu makineleri de dahil ettirdik.
Söz konusu program desteği için başvuran
firmalarımız var. Ancak global marka
baskısı altında üretip, bunun ülkemizde ve
dış pazarlarda kabulü uzun ve maliyetli
bir süreç. Bu sürece kimse kendi bireysel
gücüyle, tüm riskleri üstlenerek girmek
istemiyor. Bu sebeple devletin stratejik
ürün kapsamında bu makinelerin imalatı
ve pazarlaması için vereceği destekler
çok önemli. Hem üniversitenin bu sürece
aktif dahil edilmesi hem de devletin
tam desteği ile müteşebbislerimizin bu
üretimleri yapamaması için hiçbir sebep
yoktur. Ayrıca üretilecek yeni makinelerin
de kullanıcısı ve destekleyicisi kendi tekstil
sanayimiz olmalıdır. Bu makinelerin üretim
ve gelişiminde en önemli faktörlerden
birisi şüphesiz yerli tekstil sanayimizdir. Son
dönemde örgü makineleri imalatı ile ilgili
proje desteği alan firmalarımız olmakla
birlikte, yine ülkemizde ilk defa brode
nakış makinesi imalatı yapılmış ve sektörde
kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Yine örgü
makineleri için önemli bir parça olan
ve ülkemizde yerli üretilmeye başlanan
iğneler de bu örneklerden birisi olabilir.
Buna benzer örneklerin önümüzdeki
süreçlerde daha organize bir şekilde
artacağını ümit ediyoruz.”

“Bu yıl ITMA fuarına 190 Türk firması katılıyor.
Fuar 4 yılda 1 gerçekleşen Avrupa’nın
en büyük tekstil makineleri fuarı

The reasons for our weakness in production of
yarn, weaving, knitting machines, even if we are
at a very good level in textile finishing machinery
production and export
“Our country’s textile machinery industry has no
deficiency in terms of capability. In our country,
weaving looms were produced in good capacities
in the past years; they were used domestically and
even exported. Our country has a century of textile
experience and we know the technology of the
sector with these high experiences we have gained
in the textile industry. However, the initiatives in the
past were unfortunately lost because they did not
receive sufficient state support and did not receive
sufficient attention from the domestic textile industrialists.
We also follow that there are new initiatives
to manufacture these machines. In this context, we
have included these machines, which are heavily
imported, within the scope of the Technology Oriented
Industry Move program of the Ministry of Industry
and Technology. We have companies applying for
the program support in question. However, it is a long
and costly process to produce it under the pressure
of a global brand and to accept it in our country
and abroad. No one wants to enter this process with
their own individual power, taking all the risks. For this
reason, the support of the state for the manufacture
and marketing of these machines within the scope of
strategic products is very important. With the active
involvement of the university in this process and the
full support of the state, there is no reason for our
entrepreneurs not to be able to make these productions.
In addition, the user and supporter of the new
machines to be produced should be our own textile
industry. One of the most important factors in the production
and development of these machines is undoubtedly
our domestic textile industry. Although there
are companies that have received project support
for the production of knitting machines recently, the
first embroidery machine has been manufactured in
our country and it has started to be used in the sector.
