İthalatımızdaki ilk 3 ülke ise Çin, Almanya ve İtalya’dır. Toplam ithalatımızdaki en büyük 3 makine sırası ile; 900 milyon $’ı iplik makineleri, 380 milyon $’ ı Örgü, 300 milyon $’ ı ise Dokuma Makineleri’dir. Yani ülkemizde üretimi olmayan iplik, dokuma ve örgü makineleri en büyük yeri teşkil etmektedir. Yine son 2 yılda söz konusu bu makinelerde dünyanın en büyük alıcısı da Türkiye olmuştur. Özellikle pandemi sürecinde Türk tekstil sanayimizin büyük yatırımlar yapması ve özellikle iplik alanındaki büyük yatırımlar için gerekli makineler çoğunlukla dışarıdan temin edilmiştir. Yatırımcıların sadece Avrupa makinelerini değil özellikle Çin ve Hindistan makinelerini de son dönemde tercih ettiklerini görmekteyiz. Özellikle yoğun iplik makine alımlarının etkisiyle artık Hindistan da ithalat gerçekleştirdiğimiz ülkeler arasında Japonya’ dan sonra ilk 5’ e yükselmiştir. Söz konusu makineler ülkemizde üretimi olmayan makinelerdir. Üretimi olan makineler içinse yerli tercihlerin son 5 yılda önceki dönemlere göre daha da arttığını ifade edebiliriz. Tekstil sanayicimize her platformda yerlisi olan makineleri tercih etmeleri noktasında tavsiyelerimizi dile getiriyoruz. Tekstil makine ve parçaları için ilave gümrük vergileri 2021 yılında getirilmişti. Mevcutta makinelerimiz için ortalama % 6 - % 7,5 oranlarında gümrük vergisi uygulamaktadır. Ancak bunun da yetersiz olduğunu ve bu oranların arttırılması gerektiği yönündeki taleplerimizi ilgili bakanlığımıza ilettik. Tabi yatırım teşvik belgesi alan tekstil yatırımcısı için gümrük vergilerinin sıfırlanması da yabancı tercihlerini arttıran bir durum olabilmektedir. Bu sebeple Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı ile Türkiye Makine Federasyonu (MAKFED) öncülüğünde yeni bir çalışmayı hayata geçirmek için uğraşıyoruz. Özellikle üretiminde kapasite olarak güçlü olduğumuz tüm tekstil makinelerinin, yatırım teşvik belgesi alınsa dahi gümrük vergilerine tabii olması yönündeki çalışmamız sonuçlandığında yerli makine tercihlerinde artı bir gelişme olacaktır.” a great deal of attention at the fair. Furthermore, we also had the opportunity to renew our existing cooperation agreement with SOUZLEGPROM (Russian Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurs), Russia’s largest textile industry association. Again, the world’s largest buyer of these machines in the last 2 years has become Turkey Especially during the pandemic process, the machineries that are necessary for our Turkish textile industry to make large investments and especially for large investments in the yarn field have been mostly imported. We observe that the investors have recently preferred not only European machines, but especially Chinese and Indian machines. Especially with the effect of intensive yarn machinery purchases, India has now risen to the top 5 after Japan among the countries we import from. The machines in question are machines that are not produced in our country. For machines with production, we can state that domestic preferences have increased in the last 5 years compared to previous periods. In every platform, we express our advice to our textile industrialists about that they prefer local machines. Additional customs duties for textile machinery and parts were introduced in 2021.
