the You Are Not Alone (in<br />
Turkish Yalnız Değilsin)<br />
project to provide free psychological counseling to<br />
earthquake victims. Volunteer experts who want to<br />
provide psychological support to earthquake victims<br />
within the scope of the project can generate their profiles<br />
free of charge and share their knowledge with earthquake<br />
victims.<br />
DoktorTakvimi, the most used private health appointmentmaking<br />
application in <strong>Türkiye</strong>, which brings together patients,<br />
patient relatives, users who conduct health research, and<br />
health professionals, has implemented the You Are Not Alone<br />
project, which brings together volunteer experts to provide<br />
free psychological counseling to earthquake victims.<br />
Within the scope of the project, experts who already have a<br />
profile in the doctor’s system fill out a form stating that they<br />
want to volunteer. After the form is approved, it is included in<br />
the list so that earthquake victims can contact them if needed.<br />
Unregistered specialists must first generate a free profile on<br />
the DoktorTakvimi. Experts whose profiles and certificates are<br />
approved can be listed if they fill out the volunteering form<br />
and get approval.<br />
Earthquake survivors who want to receive free psychological<br />
counseling can visit the Doctor Calendar page, see the experts<br />
listed and choose what they want.<br />
The platform includes the language they speak, online or faceto-face<br />
meeting options, phone numbers and e-mail addresses<br />
next to the doctors. Interviews are held in the method<br />
determined by experts and clients.<br />

Delivering a speech on the subject, Hakan Türkoğlu, CEO,<br />
DoktorTakvimi said, “After the disaster we experienced, as<br />
Doctor Calendar, we did our best with the support of the<br />
global community to meet the urgent needs in the region in<br />
the first place. Afterwards, we quickly started preparations<br />
for a more comprehensive project and implemented the You<br />
Are Not Alone project. Within the scope of our project, we<br />
list the information of volunteer experts who want to provide<br />
psychological support to earthquake victims on a single<br />
platform. Our citizens who are affected by the earthquake and<br />
want to get support will be able to reach the specialist they<br />
want free of charge.”<br />
<strong>Türkiye</strong>’nin en büyük online sağlık platformu<br />
DoktorTakvimi, depremzedelere ücretsiz psikolojik<br />
danışmanlık sağlamak üzere Yalnız Değilsin projesini<br />
başlattı. Proje kapsamında depremzedelere psikolojik<br />
destek vermek isteyen gönüllü uzmanlar, profillerini<br />
ücretsiz oluşturarak bilgilerini depremzedelerle<br />
paylaşabiliyor.<br />
Hastalar, hasta yakınları ve sağlık araştırması yapan<br />
kullanıcılar ile sağlık profesyonellerini bir araya getiren,<br />
<strong>Türkiye</strong>’de en çok kullanılan özel sağlık randevusu alma<br />
uygulaması DoktorTakvimi, depremzedelere ücretsiz<br />
psikolojik danışmanlık vermek üzere gönüllü uzmanları<br />
bir araya getirdiği Yalnız Değilsin projesini hayata<br />
geçirdi.<br />
Proje kapsamında DoktorTakvimi’nin sisteminde<br />
halihazırda profili olan uzmanlar, gönüllü olmak<br />
istediklerine dair bir form dolduruyor. Form<br />
onaylandıktan sonra ihtiyaç dahilinde depremzedelerin<br />
kendileriyle iletişime geçebilmesi için listede yer<br />
alıyor. Kaydı olmayan uzmanların ise öncelikle<br />
DoktorTakvimi’nde ücretsiz profil oluşturmaları<br />
gerekiyor. Profilleri ve sertifikaları onaylanan uzmanlar,<br />
gönüllülük formunu dolduruyor ve onay alırlarsa<br />
listelenebiliyorlar.<br />
Ücretsiz psikolojik danışmanlık almak isteyen<br />
depremzedeler DoktorTakvimi sayfasına girerek<br />
listelenen uzmanları görebiliyor ve istediğini seçebiliyor.<br />
Platformda doktorların yanında konuştukları dil, online<br />
ya da yüz yüze görüşme seçenekleri, telefon numaraları<br />
ve e-posta adresleri yer alıyor. Görüşmeler uzmanların<br />
ve danışanların belirlediği yöntemle gerçekleşiyor.<br />

Ülke Müdürü Hakan Türkoğlu, “Yaşadığımız felaketin<br />
ardından DoktorTakvimi olarak ilk etapta bölgede acil<br />
ihtiyaçların giderilebilmesi adına globalin desteğiyle<br />
elimizden geleni yaptık. Sonrasında ise hızlıca daha<br />
geniş kapsamlı bir proje için hazırlıklara başladık ve<br />
Yalnız Değilsin projesini hayata geçirdik. Projemiz<br />
kapsamında depremzedelere psikolojik destek vermek<br />
isteyen gönüllü uzmanların bilgilerini tek bir platformda<br />
listeliyoruz. Depremden etkilenen ve destek almak<br />
isteyen vatandaşlarımız ücretsiz istedikleri uzmana<br />
