frması olarak, temellern attığı ve zaman çersnde özellkle
tartı elektronğ konusunda uzmanlaşarak, ülkemzn ve bölgenn en
büyük tartı aletler üretcs konumuna yükselmş br şrkettr. Halhazırda
İstanbul Çekmeköy’de merkez fabrkamız ve Sakarya Hendek’te de
Avrupa’nın en büyüğü olan taşıt kantarı fabrkamız üretm yapmaktadır.
İstanbul’dak merkezmz dışında; Ankara, İzmr ve Adana Bölge Müdürlüklermzden
satış, servs, kalbrasyon ve yedek parça hzmet vermekteyz.
Yurt dışında da 20’nn üzernde dstrbütörümüz ve 60’dan
fazla ülkeye de hracatımız devam etmektedr.
Bugünlere gelmemzde temel stratejmz hep araştırmacı olmak, modern
Dünya’dak trendler ve teknolojler takp etmek ve ürünlermzde
en yüksek kalte ve en ler teknolojy sunmak üzerne olmuştur. Bu
sayede hem dayanıklı ve uzun ömürlü, hem de güncellğn uzun yıllar
koruyan ürünler tasarlayıp ürettk. Bu şten kazancımızı da yne kend
şmze; yan AR-GE’ye, yen tesslere, yen maknelere ve yen ürünlere
yatırdık.

Bz Est Elektronk A.Ş. olarak, tartı aletler ve tartı komponentler üretyoruz.
Avrupa’nın en büyük yük hücres üretclernden brsyz. Aynı
zamanda tartı ndkatörlernn de üretcsyz. Farklı senaryonlar çn
farklı yazılım, grş ve çıkış özellklerne sahp chazlarımız mevcut.
Plastk ve ambalaj sektörü açısından baktığımızda, ham madde grş
ve çıkışının kontrolü çn taşıt kantarı modellermz yaygın olarak
kullanılıyor. Avrupa’nın en büyük, Dünya’nın da 3. Büyük taşıt kantarı
üretcsyz.
Aynı sektöre yönelk dğer br çözümümüz, slolardak malzeme hareketn
zlemek çn, tank/slo tartım sstemlermzdr. Slolara gren ve çıkan
malzemenn zamana göre zlenmesnn en kolay ve pratk metodu
tank veya sloların tartıma alınmasıdır.
Malzemelern üretm hattında hareket esnasında, ağırlığını ölçebleceğmz
veya debsn kontrol edebleceğmz bant kantarlarımız da mevcuttur.
Malzemey durdurmadan, hareket esnasında bu tartımı veya
kontrolü yapmak şletme vermllğ açısından çok önemldr.
Sektöre yönelk dğer br ürünümüz se, dkey torba dolum kantarımızdır.
10-50 kg kapaste aralığında çalışan torba dolum kantarlarımızla,
dakkada 20 torba dolum hızına kadar dkey dolum yapılablr.
Ambalajlı/paketl ürünlere yönelk br dğer ürünümüz se, bantlı kontrol
kantarlarımızdır (checkwegher). Farklı ebat ve ağırlıktak ürünler çn
farklı modeller mevcut olan checkwegher ürünlermz, Ambalajlı Ürünler
Yönetmelğ’ne de uygun şeklde tcar kullanıma uygun damgalı
şeklde temn edleblr ve ambalajlı ürünlern nha ağırlık kontrolüyle
üretmde hatayı engeller. Tüm bu ürünlermzle beraber, üretm tessnde
azam vermllk ve kontrolü sağlayan yazılımlarımız da mevcuttur.

to more than 60 countres.
Our fundamental approach has always been to do research, keep up
wth current trends and technologcal advancements, and provde the
best qualty and most cuttng-edge technology n our products. By
dong ths, we have created tems that are both long-lastng and sturdy,
as well as up to current for many years. We nvested our earnngs from
ths busness n our own busness, namely R&D, new facltes, new
machnes and new products.
2) Could you gve nformaton about your producton groups (especally
for the plastc-packagng sector)?
As Est Elektronk, we manufacture weghng nstruments and weghng
components. We are one of the largest load cell manufacturers n Europe.
We are also a manufacturer of weghng ndcators. For varous
scenaros, we have devces wth varous software, nput, and output
features. Our vehcle scale models are extensvely utlzed for the
control of raw materal admsson and ext n the plastcs and packagng
ndustres. We are the largest vehcle scale manufacturer n Europe and
the thrd largest n the world.
Another soluton for the same sector s our tank/slo weghng systems
for montorng materal movement n slos. Weghng the tanks or slos
s the smplest and most practcal way to keep track of the materal
comng nto and gong out of the slos throughout tme.
Also, we have belt scales that allow us to wegh tems or regulate the
flow of materals on a producton lne. It s very mportant for operatonal
effcency to perform ths weghng or control durng movement wthout
stoppng the materal.
Another product for the sector s our vertcal bag fllng scale. Wth our
bag fllng scales functonng n the capacty range of 10–50 kg, vertcal
fllng rates of up to 20 bags per mnute are possble.
Another product for packaged products s our belt checkwegher. Our
checkwegher products, whch come n varous models to accommodate
goods of varous szes and weghts, can be suppled wth a
stamp for commercal use n accordance wth the Packaged Products
Regulaton and stop producton errors by ensurng that packaged goods
are weghed precsely at the end of the process.
Along wth all these products, we also have software that ensures
maxmum effcency and control n the producton faclty.
