Onur Ambalaj olarak bu yılı “Vermllk Yılı” lan etmemzn ardından,
üretm sahasında da cdd değşklklere gttk. Büyüyen
organzasyonlardak en büyük sıkıntılardan br olan fabrka yerleşmn,
üretm akışımıza göre küçük dokunuşlarla yenledk.
Kasım ayında kend malatımız olarak devreye aldığımız, tamamı
yerl ve mll olan 7. Hattımızı ve şubat ayında yerleşmeye başladığımız
yen depomuzla brlkte, tam anlamıyla operasyonel
olarak 7/24 üretmeye ve değer katmaya daha güçlü br şeklde
devam edyoruz. Bu geçş sürecnde vermllğmz korumak adına,
yen açtığımız hattın başında adeta günler, geceler geçrdk.
Vermllğ sadece brkaç alana hapsetmeyp daha genş perspektften
değerlendrmek, Onur Ambalaj’ın karakterstk özellklernden
brsdr. Bu karakter de frmamızın dğer departmanları
gb, üretm departmanı olarak bzler de özümsüyor ve sonuçlarını
gözlemlyoruz. “Vermllk: çok üretmektr.”, “Az tüketmektr.”
gb sadece k değere bağlı değldr. Yukarıda da bahsettğmz

Yukarıdak maddelere ek olarak; Çalışan motvasyonunu yüksek

As Onur Ambalaj, after we declared this year as the "Year
of Productivity", we made serious changes in the production
area. We made minor changes to the factory layout, one of the
major issues facing expanding businesses, in accordance with our
production flow.
We continue to create and add value around-the-clock in a fully operational
manner in a stronger way thanks to our 7th Line, which we
commissioned as our own production in November, all of which are
domestic and national, and our new warehouse, which we started
to settle in February. In order to maintain our productivity during this
transition period, we spent days and nights at the newly opened line.
Onur Ambalaj's ability to assess effectiveness from a wider viewpoint
and not only in a few specific areas is one of his defining traits. As the
other departments of our company, we, as the production department,
also internalise this character and observe the results. Efficiency
is dependent on more than just two factors, such as "Productivity:
produce more" or "Consume less." As mentioned above, it is like a
seesaw with many levers.
In addition to the aforementioned, maintaining high staff motivation
is another essential component of productivity. As Onur Ambalaj
family, while we act like a family outside the factory, we adapt to our
professional characters with all our levels within the factory. Our
suggestion and reward system keeps employee motivation high
and contributes to employees' sense of belonging.

The sense of camaraderie we foster within our staff also significantly
impacts our productivity as part of our brand culture. One of
the key elements that fosters team spirit is the professional training
we offer to our team leaders.

It is impossible to imagine not utilizing growing technology in the
sector of production for efficiency. We use the technology we use
from the simplest job to the most comprehensive job to prevent our
mistakes and to give us the ability to finish the job without second
labour. However, we also use technology in production planning so
that everyone has simultaneous access to the most recent data.

Maintaining the equilibrium of all these seesaw arms improves production
efficiency. But let us not forget that balancing all these levers
is not the work of one or two people, nor is it the work of many people
who do not work in harmony.
