- Yüzeye yavaş göç eden antstatkler: Uzun sürel performans gösterr,
ürüne fayda sağlar.
- Yüzeye hızlı göç eden antstatkler: Kısa sürel performans gösterr,
prosese fayda sağlar.
• UV Stablzatörler: Plastk flm çndek polmer UV’ye karşı korur. 3
gruba ayrılır:
1. Hals 2. Quencher 3. UV Absorblayıcıları
• Kızıl Ötes: Tarımda kullanılır, uzun dalga emsyonlarının soğutma
etksn azaltır, kızıl ötes dalgalarının ısıtmasını artırır.
• Antmkrobyeller: Mantar, küf, bakter oluşumunu önler.
• Kurutucular: Plastk malzemede oluşan nem alır, yüzeyde nem
kaynaklı oluşan deformasyonları gderr. Ger dönüşümlü malzeme
kullanılıyorsa özellkle tavsye edlr.
• Çekrdekleştrc Ajanlar: Özellkle polproplenn optk özellklern
yleştrr ve berraklaştırır.
• Matlaştırıcı Ajanlar: Parlaklığı azaltır, mat yüzey sağlar.
• Elektret Ajanlar: Meltblown non-woven kumaşlarda fltrasyon özellğn
arttırmaya yardımcı olur.
• Temzleyc Ajanlar: Oksde olmuş maddeler maknenn çnden
uzaklaştırır, makne duruşlarında degredasyonu engeller, renk geçşlernde
ya da polmer değştrlmes sırasında proses temzler. Etkn
ve hızlı temzlk sayesnde malyet avantajı sağlar.
• Aromatk Kokular: İstenlen aromatk koku le (örnek; lavanta, çlek,
lmon vs.) plastkten gelen kötü kokuyu örtmey sağlar.
• Lazer Markalama: Plastk yüzeylerde yüksek kontraslı markalamayı
sağlar.
3. Combbatch:
Renk ve katkı masterbatchlern brleştren özel formülasyonlu ürünlerdr.
Çoklu dozajlama sstemler htyacını ortadan kaldırdıkları çn
tasarruf sağlar, üretm sürecn kolaylaştırırken tüm bleşenlern tek br
üründe doğru şeklde eklenmesn garant eder.
4. Beyaz Masterbatchler:
Taşıyıcı polmere karıştırılmış konsantre beyaz pgmentlerdr (genellkle
ttanyum dokst kullanılır). Ttanyum doksdn Anatas ve Rutl
olmak üzere k farklı krstal formu vardır. Ttanyum dokst dışında
Çnko Sülfd, Kalst, Ltofon, Antmon Okst, Çnko Okst, Kaoln vb.
plastk ürünlere beyazlık vereblmektedr. Refraktf ndeks ve partkül
büyüklüğü opastey etkler.

easy mold separation. There are two different types:
- Slow Migrating Antistatics: Migrates slowly to the surface and provides
long-term performance. It is used for plastic products.
- Fast Migrating Antistatics: Migrates quickly to the surface and provides
short-term performance. It is used for the process.
• UV Stabilizers: It protects the polymer in the plastic film against UV. It
is divided into 3 groups:
1. Hals 2. Nickel Quencher 3. UV Absorbers
• Infrared: Used in agriculture, reduces the cooling effect of longwave
emissions and increases the heating of infrared waves.
• Antimicrobials: These prevent the formation of fungus, mold, and
bacteria.
• Desiccants: These absorb the moisture in the plastic material and
remove defects caused by the moisture on the surface. Especially
recommended when using recycled material.
• Nucleating Agents: Especially improves and clarifies the optical
properties of polypropylene.
• Matting Agents: It reduces the shine and provides a matte surface.
• Electret Agents: It helps to increase the filtration properties of meltblown
non-woven fabrics.
• Cleaning Agents: It removes oxidized materials from inside the machine,
prevents degradation during machine stops, and cleans the
process during color transitions or polymer replacement.
• Fragrance: It allows to cover the bad odour coming from plastics
with the desired aromatic odour (e.g., lavender, strawberry, lemon,
etc.).
• Laser Marking: It provides high contrast marking on plastic surfaces.
3. Combibatch:
These are specially formulated products that combine color and additive
masterbatches. It saves money as they eliminate the need for multiple
dosing systems, simplifies the production process, and ensures
that all ingredients are added correctly in a single product.
4. White Masterbatches:
These are concentrated white pigments (usually titanium dioxide is
used) mixed with the carrier polymer. Titanium dioxide has two different
crystal forms; Anatase and Rutile. Apart from Titanium dioxide,
Zinc Sulphide, Calcite, Lithophone, Antimony Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Kaolin,
etc. can give whiteness to plastic products. Refractive index and
Titanium dioxide particle size affect the opacity.
