2. Katkı Masterbatchler:
• Proses İyleştrc: Parlaklığı artırır, yüzey bozukluğunu engeller,
enerj sarfyatını azaltır, malyet avantajı sağlar.
• Kaydırıcı: Flm yüzeynde mgrasyon oluşturmadan btşk yüzeylern
yapışmasını azaltır, flmlern rahat açılmasını sağlar. Hızlı yüzey
kaplayan ve yavaş yüzey kaplayan olmak üzere k tp vardır
• Bloklanma Önleyc: Flmler arasında boşluk yaratarak brbrlerne
yapışmalarını engeller.
• Buğu Önleyc: Flm yüzeynde su buharının tutunmasını önler.
Özellkle soğutulmuş ürünlern ambalajında kullanılması tavsye edlr.
• Kayma Önleyc Ajanlar: Üst üste yerleştrlen poşetlern yüzeylern
pürüzlendrerek paketleme veya naklye sırasında poşetlern kaymasını
engeller.
• Çzlme Önleyc Ajanlar: Plastk ürünlern kalıptan çıkarılmasını kolaylaştırır,
yüzeynn çzlmesn önler.
• Okstlenme Önleycler: Proses sırasında oluşan polmerdek oksdatf
bozunma proses sırasında ürünün oksjene maruz kaldığında
meydana gelen kmyasal reaksyonun br sonucu olarak ortaya çıkar.
Makne dur kalklarında, ger dönüşümlü malzeme kullanıldığı yerlerde
oluşan ısısal bozunmayı, sararmayı ve jelleşmey engeller. Okstlenme
önleycler aynı zamanda ısı stablzatörlerdr.
• Optk Parlatıcılar: UV radyasyonunu görünür mavms ışığa dönüştürür,
btmş ürünün olduğundan daha beyaz daha parlak görünmesn
sağlar, plastk ürünlern sararmasını azaltır.
• Antstatk Ajanlar: Üretm sırasında plastk ürünün yüzeynde statk
elektrk brkmesn engeler. Plastk ürünün tozlanmasını engeller,

2. Additive Masterbatches:
• Polymer Processing Aid (PPA): It increases gloss, prevents surface
defects, reduces energy consumption, and provides a cost advantage.
• Slip: It reduces the adhesion of film surfaces without causing migration
and allows the films to be opened easily. There are two types of
slip agents; fast bloom and slow bloom.
• Antiblock: It prevents the films from sticking to each other by creating
spaces between films.
• Antifog: It prevents water vapor on the surface of the film. It is especially
recommended to be used in packaging for refrigerated products.
• Antislip Agents: It prevents the bags from slipping off during packing
or shipping by roughening the surfaces of the bags placed on top of
each other.
• Antiscratch Agents: These help remove plastic products from the
mold and prevent the surface from being scratched.
• Antioxidants: The oxidative degradation in polymers occurs as a
consequence of a chemical reaction that takes the place when the
material is exposed to oxygen during the process. It prevents thermal
degradation, yellowing, and gelling that occurs when the machine
stops and where recycled materials are used. Antioxidants are also
heat stabilizers.
• Optical Brighteners: It converts UV radiation to visible bluish light. In
this way, it makes the finished product appear whiter and brighter than
it is and reduces the yellowness of plastic products.
• Antistatic Agents: It prevents the accumulation of static electricity on
the surface of the plastic product during production. It prevents the
