edyorsunuz? Daha verml üretm çn artık AR-GE büyük önem taşıyor. Bu doğrultuda AR-
GE çalışmalarınızdan bahsedecek olursanız neler söylersnz?
Frmamızdak 14 çalışanımızın 4’ü Makne Mühends. Müşter talepler, pyasa rekabet ve “daha
ys” mottomuz le AR-GE’ye önem veryoruz. Yen fkrler, mekank yleştrmeler kısaca ‘Daha ys
nasıl olur?’ sorusunun cevabı çn frma ç ve frma dışı danışmalarımız le sürekl çalışmaktayız.
Özellkle otomotv, beyaz eşya ve medkal sektörlernde standart üretmn yeterl kalmadığı durumlarda
sürekl yazılımda yenlkler yapmaktayız.
Yıl çersnde halhazırdak mevcut müşterlermzde dah uzaktan ya da bzzat yernde güncellemeler
yapmaktayız. Amacımız müşterlermzn daha az malyetl, daha az duruşlu üretmler yaparak
üretm kapasteler artırmalarıdır.
1-4 Aralık 2021 tarhler arasında düzenlenen PLAST EURASIA Fuarı’na katıldınız. Fuar szn
çn nasıl geçt? Fuarın ardından gelen ger bldrmler nasıl değerlendryorsunuz?
Fuarlar bzm gb makne üretm yapan frmalar çn orta ve ler vadel yatırımlardır. Bzm çn 2021
PlastEurasa Fuarı pandem sürecnde olmasına rağmen son dönemlern en hareketl fuarıydı.
Standımızı zyaret eden ntelkl müşter profl ve teşhr ettğmz YM_CES_TD_200 model maknemze
gösterdkler lg ve övgüler bzler zyades le memnun ett.
Fuar sonrası hızlı ve belrszce artan hammadde fyatları ve yüksek kur, fuardak hareketllğn tcarete
dönüşmesn br mktar engelled. Ancak ntelkl ve yen tanıştığımız brçok frma bzm en
büyük kazancımız oldu. Özellkle Avrupa ülkeler le görüşmelermz arttı ve yen sözleşmelermz
oldu. Her yıl gb önümüzdek yıllarda da gerek yurt ç gerekse yurt dışı fuarlara mevcut ve yen
müşterlermz le br araya gelmek çn katılmaya devam edeceğz.

With the ever-evolving nature of technology, how do you integrate technology into
your production? R&D is now of great importance for more efficient production. If
you were to talk about your R&D studies in this direction, what would you say?
4 of our 14 employees in our company are Mechanical Engineers. We attach importance to
R&D with customer demands, market competition and our "better" motto. We are constantly
working with our internal and external consultants to answer the question of "How can it be better?"
for new ideas, mechanical improvements.
We are constantly making innovations in software, especially in cases where standard production
is not sufficient in the automotive, white goods and medical sectors. During the year, we
make updates remotely or in person, even for our current customers. Our goal is for our customers
to increase their production capacity by producing less costly and less downtime.
You attended PLAST EURASIA Fair held between 1-4 December 2021. How was the fair
for you? How do you evaluate the feedback received after the fair?
Fairs are medium and long-term investments for companies like us that manufacture machinery.
For us, the 2021 PlastEurasia Fair was the most active fair of recent times, despite being in the
pandemic process. The profile of qualified customers who visited our stand and the interest and
praise they showed for our YM_CES_TD_200 model machine that we exhibited, made us very
happy. The rapid and uncertain increase in raw material prices and high exchange rates after
the fair prevented the activity in the fair from turning into trade.
However, many qualified and newly introduced companies have been our biggest gains. Our
meetings with European countries have increased and we have new contracts. Like every year,
we will continue to participate in both domestic and international fairs in order to meet with our
existing and new customers in the coming years.
