2020 yılında yen br oluşum le geçmş deneymlerde kazanılan başarı
öykülern fırsata çevrerek İ.O.S.B. Eskoop Sanay Stes’nde daha
önce üretmn yaptığımız brçok plastk şleme maknaları malatından
ayrışarak sadece Şşrme Makneler malatına odaklanan yen yapılanmamızı
başlattık. Bu süreçte yenlkç ve gelşme açık br yönetm ve
üretm kadrosu oluşturduk. Hedefmz yüksek teknoloj kullanan, makne
seçmlern Avrupa menşel frmalardan yapan kurumsal frmalara
yönelttk. Bu markalar arasında yer alablmek çn standart üretmden
çıkıp, müşter steklern değerlendrerek maknemze değer kattık.

Son on yıldır yalnızca Plastk Şşrme Makneler ve donanımları konusunda
üretm yapmaktayız. Ambalaj gruplarının yanı sıra Otomotv,
Medkal ve Beyaz Eşya gruplarına makne ve ekpman sağlamaktayız.
Özellkle otomotv ve Beyaz Eşya gruplarında müşterlermz le ortak
projeler gelştrmekte ve ürüne özel çözümler üretmekteyz.
Ambalaj gruplarında; temzlk, kşsel bakım, endüstryel yağ, tarım,
basınçlı kaplar, gıda ve sağlık sektörü çn; çeştl hacm ve kavtelerde
makneler, otomotvde; havalandırma kanalları, depolar, körükler, medkalde;
hastane ekpmanları, solüsyon, dezenfektan, dyalz şşe ve bdonları,
beyaz eşyada; çamaşır ve bulaşık makneler, komb ve buzdolapları
şşrme parçaları çn standart ya da özel çözümler sunmaktayız.
Sürekl akar ve akümülatör kafalı olmak üzere k grupta üretm yapmaktayız.
Her k grup çn de tek ya da çft mengene opsyonlarının
yanı sıra, sürekl akar şşrme maknelernde çok kavtel ve çok katmanlı
makne üretm gerçekleştrmekteyz.
With a new formation in 2020, by turning the success stories
gained in the past experiences into opportunities, I.O.S.B. in
Eskoop Industrial Site, we separated from many plastic processing
machines that we produced before and started our new structuring
focusing only on the production of Blow Molding Machines. In this
process, we have created an innovative and open to development
management and production staff. We set our target to corporate
companies that use high technology and choose their machines from
European companies. In order to be among these brands, we left the
standard production and added value to our machine by evaluating
customer requests.
Could you give detailed information about your current product
groups and services that you offer to the sector?
For the last ten years, we have been producing only Plastic Blow Molding
Machines and equipment. In addition to packaging groups, we
provide machinery and equipment to Automotive, Medical and White
Goods groups. We develop joint projects with our customers, especially
in the Automotive and White Goods groups, and produce
product-specific solutions. In packaging groups; for cleaning, personal
care, industrial oil, agriculture, pressure vessels, food and health sector;
machines in various volumes and cavities, in automotive; ventilation
ducts, tanks, bellows, in medical; hospital equipment, solution,
disinfectant, dialysis bottles and cans, white goods; We offer standard
or special solutions for blow molding parts of washing machines and
dishwashers, combi boilers and refrigerators. We produce in two
groups as continuous flow and accumulator head. In addition to single
or double clamp options for both groups, we produce multi-cavity and
multi-layer machines in continuous flow blow molding machines.
