PERFEKTÜP AMBALAJ BOUGHT 88 YEARS OF FAVIA
1955 yılından bu yana laç, kozmetk, kşsel ve evde
bakım, gıda ve kmya sektörlernn ambalaj htyaçları
çn alümnyum tüp, monoblok aerosol kutu ve lamne
tüp üreten Perfektüp Ambalaj’dan öneml br satın alma
hamles geld.
Perfektüp Yönetm Kurulu Başkanı Lvo Manzn, Tubettfco
Fava’nın gruplarına katılmasının arkasında belrgn
br endüstryel mantık yanında kends çn özel ve
duygusal br anlamı olduğunu söyled. Büyükbabasının
1900’lı yılların başında İtalya’dan göç edp Türkye’ye
yerleştğn ve kendsnn alenn yurt dışında doğan
üçüncü nesln temsl ettğn belrterek, şunları ekled:
“İk ülkenn arasındak lşklern daha da yakın ve dostane
olmasına katkıda bulunacağımızdan dolayı ayrıca
mutlu ve gururluyuz. Fava’nın üretm tess grubumuzun
sadece İtalya’da değl, Avrupa Brlğ’nde de gelşmne
katkıda bulunacak. Bu satın alma le küresel br marka
olma yolunda öneml br adım attık. Brleşme sonrası
üretm ağının ve ürün portföyünün genşlemesyle daha
etkn br hzmet verp büyümeye devam edeceğz.”

An important purchase move came from
Perfektüp Ambalaj, which has been producing
aluminum tubes, monoblock aerosol cans
and laminated tubes for the packaging needs of
the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal and home
care, food and chemical industries since 1955.
Perfektüp Chairman of the Board, Livio Manzini, said
that Tubettificio Favia’s participation in their group
has a distinct industrial logic behind it, as well as a
special and emotional meaning for him. Stating that
his grandfather immigrated from Italy and settled in
Turkey in the early 1900s, he represented the third
generation of the family born abroad, and added:
“We are also happy and proud that we will contribute
to making the relations between the two countries
even closer and more friendly. Favia’s production
facility will contribute to the development of
our group not only in Italy but also in the European
Union. With this acquisition, we took an important
step towards becoming a global brand. With the
expansion of the production network and product
portfolio after the merger, we will continue to grow
by providing a more effective service.”
