Büküm: GBS Profl Büküm İmalat programında yer alan tüm profller
belrtlen mnmum ç çaplara göre bükmektedr. Bükülecek
profln, stenlen çap ve radyüste çıkması, şekllendrme esnasında
olablecek kırılmaları önlemek çn bükülecek malzemenn homojen
br yapıda ve soğuk şekllendrmeye uygun olması gerekmektedr.
Isıl İşlem: Soğuk şekllendrmenn doğal tamamlayıcısı, GBS’nn
ısıl şlem fırınları TÜV onaylıdır. Austentc paslanmaz, Karbon
Çelğ, Dublex, Süper Dublex paslanmaz cnsler, nkel alaşımlar ve
düşük alaşımlı karbon çelğ çn uluslararası standartlarca belrlenen
her türlü şartı yerne getreblecek durumdadır. Tüm ısıl şlem
fırınlarımızın ASTM A 991 – SAE AMS 2750-ISO 17763-EN 746
standartlarına göre kontroller yapılmıştır ve fırınların kalbrasyonları
da uluslararası akredte kuruluşlar tarafından yapılmaktadır.
Tank: Standart ürün çeştlermz yatay veya dkey olmak üzere
100-20.000 ltre hacm ve 8-40 bar basınç aralığındadır. Bunun
harcnde projeye göre 300.000 ltre hacme kadar üretmmz
mevcuttur. Üretmmz EN 13445,AD 2000,EN 286 ve ASME
sec VIII dv 1 e göre yapılmakta olup lgl Avrupa Drektf olan
2014/68/EU’ye uygun ve CE belgeldr.
Frmamızın üretm tecrübes; bombede 1945’e, basınçlı tank
üretmnde se 2000 yılına kadar gtmektedr. Hem bombe hem
de tank üretm yaptığımız çn bu durum çoğunlukla bze cdd
avantajlar sağlıyor. Tank üretmnde bombelern ölçüsel ve kalte
olarak y olması gerekyor. Çünkü br tankda bombe ve gövde
montajları çok öneml. Bombe ve gövde ölçüler ne kadar uyumlu
olursa, yapılacak olan montajlar da o kadar düzgün oluyor. Bu
durum yapacağınız kaynağın kaltesne kadar etk edyor. Güncel
makne parkımızla, metal şekllendrme ve basınçlı kap konusunda
y eğtlmş ve çok deneyml çalışanlarımızla üretme devam
Section Bending: It bends all the profiles in the GBS
Profile Section Bending Manufacturing program according
to the minimum inner diameters specified. The material
to be bent must be in a homogeneous structure and suitable
for cold forming in order to prevent the profile to be bent at the
desired diameter and radius and to prevent possible breakages
during shaping.
Heat Treatment: The natural complement to cold forming, GBS'
heat treatment furnaces are TÜV approved. Austenitic stainless,
Carbon Steel, Dublex, Super Duplex stainless grades, nickel
alloys and low alloy carbon steel are in a position to fulfill all the
requirements set by international standards. All of our heat treatment
furnaces have been inspected according to ASTM A 991
- SAE AMS 2750-ISO 17763-EN 746 standards, and the furnaces
are calibrated by internationally accredited organizations.
Tank: Our standard product ranges are horizontal or vertical,
with a volume of 100-20,000 liters and a pressure range of
8-40 bar. Apart from this, we can produce up to 300,000 liters
of volume according to the project. Our production is carried
out in accordance with EN 13445, AD 2000, EN 286 and
ASME sec VIII div 1 and is CE certified and in accordance with
the relevant European Directive 2014/68/EU. Our company's
production experience; It goes back to 1945 in dished head
and 2000 in pressure tank production. Since we produce
both dished head and tank, this gives us serious advantages
for the most part. In tank production, dished head must be
good in terms of size and quality. Because dished head and
hull assemblies are very important in a tank. The more compatible
the dished head and body dimensions are, the smoother
the assembly will be. This affects the quality of the source
