40 m2‘lk asma katlı ufak br ş yernde çalışarak, br kalfa ve br çırak
le rezstans malatına başladım. O yıllarda meslek lselernde sadece
bze en yakın elektrk bölümü öğrencler vardı. Rezstans malatıyla
lgl hçbr bölüm yoktu. Bu yüzden kend personellermz kendmz
yetştrdk. Halende o zamandan bu zamana personelmz kend
bünyemzde yetştrmeye devam edyoruz.
40 m2 olan ş yermzde 1983 yılından tbaren altı personelmz vardı.
1989 yıllarında se yan bnanın alt katını kralamamla brlkte bünyemze
100 m2 daha lave ettk. Böylelkle personel sayısını 12 kşye
ulaştırdık. 1993 yılına kadar bu şeklde çalışmalarımıza devam ederken,
yen kralamış olduğum yern yan dükkandak kracıların çıkmasıyla,
orayı da kend bünyemze eklemş olduk.
1992 yılında Arçelk, Proflo, Beko gb çalıştığım frmalar yen thal ettkler
enjeksyon maknalarının rezstanslarının seramk yalıtımlı olduğunu
belrtt. Proflo’dak İşletme Müdürü Nur Bey tarafından frmaya
davet edldm ve orada rezstanslar hakkında blglendrldkten sonra
Türkye’den temn etmek stedklern öğrendm. Bunun üzerne konuyla
lgl İTÜ Ünverstes Maslak Kampüsünde AEF uluslararası fuar
düzenlendğn öğrenerek, fuara gttm. Fuarda seramk rezstansların
seramk malzemelern mal eden Alman frmasıyla tanıştım, teklf stedğm
ve cevap bekledğm belrttm. Br an önce mal eder duruma
gelp, hem buzdolabı hem de televzyon kısmı çn yedek seramk
rezstanslarına teklf vermem stend.
1993 yılında Thyssen Türkye Sorumlusu Klaus Bey arkadaşımızın
Alman frmasından seramk malzemesn bana getrp temn etmesyle,
Saf Rezstans frması olarak 1983 yılında Türkye’ye seramk
rezstans malatını başlatmış oldum.
Could you tell our readers about your working life since you
entered the sector?
Working in a small workplace with a 40 m2 mezzanine floor, I started
manufacturing resistance with a journeyman and an apprentice. In
those years, there were only electrical department students closest to
us in vocational high schools. There was no department on the manufacture
of resistors. That’s why we trained our own staff. Since then, we
continue to train our personnel in-house.
Since 1983, we had six employees in our 40 m2 workplace. In 1989,
we added another 100 m2 to our structure by renting the ground floor
of the adjacent building. Thus, we increased the number of personnel
to 12 people. While we continued our work in this way until 1993, we
added that place to our own structure with the emergence of the tenants
in the side shop that I had just rented.
In 1992, I was invited to the company by Nuri Bey, the Operations Manager
at Profilo, stating that the resistances of the injection machines
that the companies I worked with such as Arçelik, Profilo and Beko had
newly imported were ceramic insulated. They were informed about the
resistances and stated that they wanted to supply them from Turkey.
Thereupon, I learned that the AEF international fair was held at the ITU
University Maslak Campus, and I went to the fair. At the fair, I met the
German company that manufactures ceramic materials for ceramic
heaters, and I said that I wanted an offer and was waiting for an answer.
I was asked to be able to manufacture as soon as possible and to bid
for spare ceramic heaters for both the refrigerator and television parts.
In 1993, when our friend Klaus, Thyssen Turkey Responsible, brought
me the ceramic material from a German company and supplied it to me,
I started the production of ceramic resistances in Turkey in 1983 as Safi
Rezistans company.
