bakım, gıda ve kmya sektörlernn ambalaj htyaçları 

çn alümnyum tüp, monoblok aerosol kutu ve lamne 

tüp üreten Perfektüp Ambalaj’dan öneml br satın alma

An important purchase move came from 

Perfektüp Ambalaj, which has been producing 

aluminum tubes, monoblock aerosol cans 

and laminated tubes for the packaging needs of 

the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal and home 

care, food and chemical industries since 1955. 

Perfektüp Chairman of the Board, Livio Manzini, said 

that Tubettificio Favia’s participation in their group 

has a distinct industrial logic behind it, as well as a 

special and emotional meaning for him. Stating that 

his grandfather immigrated from Italy and settled in 

Turkey in the early 1900s, he represented the third 

generation of the family born abroad, and added: 

“We are also happy and proud that we will contribute 

to making the relations between the two countries 

even closer and more friendly. Favia’s production 

facility will contribute to the development of 

our group not only in Italy but also in the European 

Union. With this acquisition, we took an important 

step towards becoming a global brand. With the

Geçtğmz aylarda Türkye fabrkası çn şrket kurulumlarını 

gerçekleştren frma kurucusu ve CEO’su Süleyman 

Ceyran şunları kaydett: “Türkye’de kurulacak 

fabrkamızda kullanmayı terch etmş olduğumuz maknelermz, 

Almanya fabrkamızda da kullanmakta olduğumuz 

İtalyan SCM frmasına at, endüstryel ve mühendslk 

plastklern şlemeye uygun olarak tasarlanmış 

günümüz teknolojsne uygun maknelerdr. Bu makneler 

uzun yıllardır Almanya fabrkamızda kullanmaktayız. 

Bu memnunyetmz sonrasında Türkye’ye yapmış 

olduğumuz yatırımda da tekrar aynı makne parkurunu 

terch etmekte tereddüt etmedk. Maknelermz 24 saat 

çalışablecek kapaste ve donanımlara sahptr. Ayrıca 

Almanya fabrkamız le şletm sstem ve programlama 

noktasında da brebr çalışma olanağı yakalamış olacağız. 

Almanya’dak üretm kaltemz aynı şeklde Türkye 

tessmzde de sağlamak styoruz. Bu sebeple konusunda 

uzman olan SCM frması le çalışmayı terch ettk.” 

Türkye’de kurulacak fabrkada kullanılacak olan maknelern 

teknk özellkler hakkında blg veren Ceyran,

who has established companies for the 

Turkey factory in the past months, said: “Our machines, 

which we have chosen to use in our factory 

to be established in Turkey, belong to the Italian 

SCM company, which we also use in our Germany 

factory, and are designed to process industrial and 

engineering plastics. are machines with technology. 

We have been using these machines in our Germany 

factory for many years. After this satisfaction, 

we did not hesitate to choose the same machine 

park again in the investment we made in Turkey. Our 

machines have the capacity and equipment to work 

24 hours a day. In addition, we will have the opportunity 

to work one-on-one with our German factory 

in terms of operating system and programming. We 

want to ensure our production quality in Germany in 

the same way in our Turkey facility. For this reason, 

we preferred to work with SCM, which is an expert 

in its field.” 

Giving information about the technical features of 

the machines to be used in the factory to be established 

in Turkey, Ceyran added the following: “Our 

machines are MORBIDELLI X 200 CNC model. The 

fact that SCM company has its own place in Turkey 

during the selection process of the machines also 

had a great impact on the decision process.”

Servo motorlu makneler, neden daha az enerj tüketrler?

a servo motor, the pump speed cannot be lowered below 

300 rpm. This is because pressure is needed especially during 

ironing. Gear pumps experience pressure loss at low speeds. In addition, 

gear pumps need to be cooled with water. This means extra 

cooling energy. Piston pumps, on the other hand, do not experience 

pressure loss at low speeds and the engine speed can be reduced 

to 1 rpm. Since they can be cooled with air, they do not need extra 

cooling energy. Therefore, piston pump servo motor machines save 

more energy than gear pump servo motor machines. 

Why do servo motor machines consume less energy? 

In servo motor machines, the servo motor speed can be adjusted 

according to the needs, thanks to the feature of the servo motor and 

the servo driver controlling it, and can be reduced to 1 rpm. This ensures 

that the machine consumes up to 80% less energy, especially 

in productions with a long cooling time.

Servo motor machines can save up to 80% energy depending on 

the working conditions and the cooling time of the material in the 

mold. However, even under the worst conditions, servo motor machines 

consume 30% - 40% less energy than machines with constant 

flow pumps. 

By using AC servo motor and piston pump in servo motor machines, 

energy saving has been increased up to 80% (may vary according to 

mold and product). In servo motor machines, the motor stops completely 

when it is not needed, and it provides energy savings due to 

the ramped take offs.

Okuyucularımıza sektöre grşnzden tbaren çalışma yaşantınızı 

anlatır mısınız? 

40 m2‘lk asma katlı ufak br ş yernde çalışarak, br kalfa ve br çırak 

le rezstans malatına başladım. O yıllarda meslek lselernde sadece 

bze en yakın elektrk bölümü öğrencler vardı. Rezstans malatıyla 

lgl hçbr bölüm yoktu. Bu yüzden kend personellermz kendmz 

yetştrdk. Halende o zamandan bu zamana personelmz kend 

bünyemzde yetştrmeye devam edyoruz. 

40 m2 olan ş yermzde 1983 yılından tbaren altı personelmz vardı. 

1989 yıllarında se yan bnanın alt katını kralamamla brlkte bünyemze 

100 m2 daha lave ettk. Böylelkle personel sayısını 12 kşye 

ulaştırdık. 1993 yılına kadar bu şeklde çalışmalarımıza devam ederken, 

yen kralamış olduğum yern yan dükkandak kracıların çıkmasıyla, 

orayı da kend bünyemze eklemş olduk. 

1992 yılında Arçelk, Proflo, Beko gb çalıştığım frmalar yen thal ettkler 

enjeksyon maknalarının rezstanslarının seramk yalıtımlı olduğunu 

belrtt. Proflo’dak İşletme Müdürü Nur Bey tarafından frmaya 

davet edldm ve orada rezstanslar hakkında blglendrldkten sonra 

Türkye’den temn etmek stedklern öğrendm. Bunun üzerne konuyla 

lgl İTÜ Ünverstes Maslak Kampüsünde AEF uluslararası fuar 

düzenlendğn öğrenerek, fuara gttm. Fuarda seramk rezstansların 

seramk malzemelern mal eden Alman frmasıyla tanıştım, teklf stedğm 

ve cevap bekledğm belrttm. Br an önce mal eder duruma 

gelp, hem buzdolabı hem de televzyon kısmı çn yedek seramk 

rezstanslarına teklf vermem stend. 

1993 yılında Thyssen Türkye Sorumlusu Klaus Bey arkadaşımızın 

Alman frmasından seramk malzemesn bana getrp temn etmesyle, 

Saf Rezstans frması olarak 1983 yılında Türkye’ye seramk 

rezstans malatını başlatmış oldum. 

Could you tell our readers about your working life since you 

entered the sector? 

Working in a small workplace with a 40 m2 mezzanine floor, I started 

manufacturing resistance with a journeyman and an apprentice. In 

those years, there were only electrical department students closest to 

us in vocational high schools. There was no department on the manufacture 

of resistors. That’s why we trained our own staff. Since then, we 

continue to train our personnel in-house. 

Since 1983, we had six employees in our 40 m2 workplace. In 1989, 

we added another 100 m2 to our structure by renting the ground floor 

of the adjacent building. Thus, we increased the number of personnel 

to 12 people. While we continued our work in this way until 1993, we 

added that place to our own structure with the emergence of the tenants 

in the side shop that I had just rented. 

In 1992, I was invited to the company by Nuri Bey, the Operations Manager 

at Profilo, stating that the resistances of the injection machines 

that the companies I worked with such as Arçelik, Profilo and Beko had 

newly imported were ceramic insulated. They were informed about the 

resistances and stated that they wanted to supply them from Turkey. 

Thereupon, I learned that the AEF international fair was held at the ITU 

University Maslak Campus, and I went to the fair. At the fair, I met the 

German company that manufactures ceramic materials for ceramic 

heaters, and I said that I wanted an offer and was waiting for an answer. 

I was asked to be able to manufacture as soon as possible and to bid 

for spare ceramic heaters for both the refrigerator and television parts. 

In 1993, when our friend Klaus, Thyssen Turkey Responsible, brought 

me the ceramic material from a German company and supplied it to me, 

I started the production of ceramic resistances in Turkey in 1983 as Safi 

Rezistans company.

Frmanızın konumunu nasıl değerlendryorsunuz? 

Plastk ve ambalaj sanay maknalarında 

ertme ve pşrme amaçlı kullanılan, olmazsa 

olmaz olan ürün rezstanslardır. 

Ekstruder maknalarının küçük br detayı 

gb görülse de vermllk ve enerj tasarrufu 

bakımından rezstansların önem çok 

büyüktür. Bu nedenle Türkye’dek plastk 

ve ambalaj maknalarının gelşmes konusunda 

frmamız olarak katkımızın büyük 

olduğunu düşünüyoruz. 

Resistance technology is used in many areas of industry and in various fields today, including electrical 

appliances. As Safi Rezistans, we have been dealing with the industrial part since 1983 and 

producing various types of industrial heating elements in this field. 

Along with our production, we take on the role of a wide range supplier with the products of Hotset 

and Elstein companies in Germany, of which we are the Turkey representative. We provide services 

to the food, footwear, textile, rubber and chemical industries, mainly to the plastics industry. 

How do you evaluate the position of your company? 

Indispensable product used for melting and cooking in plastic and packaging industry machines 

are resistances. Although it is seen as a small detail of extruder machines, resistances are of great 

importance in terms of efficiency and energy saving. For this reason, we think that our contribution 

to the development of plastic and packaging machinery in Turkey is great. 

In which regions of the world do you market your products? Can you tell us about the countries 

and markets you export to? 

We export to many countries, primarily to European countries with developed industries such as 

Switzerland, Germany, France and England. Our production, which is carried out in line with our 

cooperation with them, requires us to work on R&D. 

What kind of work do you continue to design new products? 

In line with the wishes and needs of our domestic and foreign machine manufacturers without

least 5 years. Based on these 5 years, we are making our investments in 

this direction in order to be able to R&D, product development, fast and 

quality production with the same determination every year. 

What would you say if we evaluate the development and position of 

the plastics industry, taking into account the current market conditions? 

As all plastic machinery and component manufacturers in Turkey, we 

should base ourselves on long-term goals rather than one-year goals. 

If we set targets in this way and make our investments accordingly, I 

think that we can manufacture and develop at a competitive level with 

Europe.

Şrketmz daha önce faalyetlern grup frmamız olan Kartal 

Bombe çatısı altında sürdürürken, 2003 yılında İktell Organze 

Sanay Bölges’nde yen br yapılanma yaparak Güven Bombe 

olarak kuruldu. 

Ana üretm fabrkamız Akçaburgaz Mahalles Esenyurt’tadır, dğer 

tessmz se İOSB Demrcler Stes’nde hzmet vermektedr. 

İk tessmzde toplamda 75 kş çalışmaktadır. 

Frmamız, basınçlı ya da basınçsız tanklarda kullanılan bombeler, 

basınçlı hava tankları, LPG tankları, paslanmaz tanklar, amonyak 

tankları ve çeştl basınçlı kaplar üretm yapan, sektöründe kalte 

ve müşter memnunyet odaklı hzmet vermektedr. 

Bombe Çeştlermz 

Bombe, sanayde basınçlı ya da basınçsız, nce veya kalın cdarlı, 

slndrk, metal kapların (LPG, LNG, akaryakıt, gıda, otoklavlar, reaktörler 

vb. sektörlern) taban ve tavanlarını kapamada kullanılan 

parçaların genel adı. Bombeler dernlk ve şekllerne göre; elptk, 

torsferk, az dern, düz bombe, kenarsız bombe, ters bombe ve 

kompansatör olarak sınıflandırılablr. 

While our company previously carried out its activities 

under the umbrella of Kartal Bombe, our group company, 

it was established in 2003 as Güven Bombe by restructuring 

in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone. Our main production 

factory is in Esenyurt, Akçaburgaz Mahallesi, and our other 

facility is in İOSB Demirciler Sitesi. A total of 75 people work in 

our two facilities. Our company produces dished head used 

in pressured or non-pressurized tanks, compressed air tanks, 

LPG tanks, stainless tanks, ammonia tanks and various pressure 

vessels, and provides quality and customer satisfaction 

oriented service in the sector. 

Our Dished Head Types 

Dished head is the general name of the parts used to close the 

bottom and ceiling of pressurized or non-pressurized, thin or 

thick-walled, cylindrical, metal containers (LPG, LNG, fuel oil, 

food, autoclaves, reactors, etc. sectors) in the industry. According 

to the depth and shape of the dished head; It can be 

classified as elliptical, torispheric, less deep, flat dished head, 

edgeless dished head, reverse dished head and compensator.

Büküm: GBS Profl Büküm İmalat programında yer alan tüm profller 

belrtlen mnmum ç çaplara göre bükmektedr. Bükülecek 

profln, stenlen çap ve radyüste çıkması, şekllendrme esnasında 

olablecek kırılmaları önlemek çn bükülecek malzemenn homojen 

br yapıda ve soğuk şekllendrmeye uygun olması gerekmektedr. 

Isıl İşlem: Soğuk şekllendrmenn doğal tamamlayıcısı, GBS’nn 

ısıl şlem fırınları TÜV onaylıdır. Austentc paslanmaz, Karbon 

Çelğ, Dublex, Süper Dublex paslanmaz cnsler, nkel alaşımlar ve 

düşük alaşımlı karbon çelğ çn uluslararası standartlarca belrlenen 

her türlü şartı yerne getreblecek durumdadır. Tüm ısıl şlem 

fırınlarımızın ASTM A 991 – SAE AMS 2750-ISO 17763-EN 746 

standartlarına göre kontroller yapılmıştır ve fırınların kalbrasyonları 

da uluslararası akredte kuruluşlar tarafından yapılmaktadır. 

Tank: Standart ürün çeştlermz yatay veya dkey olmak üzere 

100-20.000 ltre hacm ve 8-40 bar basınç aralığındadır. Bunun 

harcnde projeye göre 300.000 ltre hacme kadar üretmmz 

mevcuttur. Üretmmz EN 13445,AD 2000,EN 286 ve ASME 

sec VIII dv 1 e göre yapılmakta olup lgl Avrupa Drektf olan 

2014/68/EU’ye uygun ve CE belgeldr. 

Frmamızın üretm tecrübes; bombede 1945’e, basınçlı tank 

üretmnde se 2000 yılına kadar gtmektedr. Hem bombe hem 

de tank üretm yaptığımız çn bu durum çoğunlukla bze cdd 

avantajlar sağlıyor. Tank üretmnde bombelern ölçüsel ve kalte 

olarak y olması gerekyor. Çünkü br tankda bombe ve gövde 

montajları çok öneml. Bombe ve gövde ölçüler ne kadar uyumlu 

olursa, yapılacak olan montajlar da o kadar düzgün oluyor. Bu 

durum yapacağınız kaynağın kaltesne kadar etk edyor. Güncel 

makne parkımızla, metal şekllendrme ve basınçlı kap konusunda 

y eğtlmş ve çok deneyml çalışanlarımızla üretme devam 

Section Bending: It bends all the profiles in the GBS 

Profile Section Bending Manufacturing program according 

to the minimum inner diameters specified. The material 

to be bent must be in a homogeneous structure and suitable 

for cold forming in order to prevent the profile to be bent at the 

desired diameter and radius and to prevent possible breakages 

during shaping. 

Heat Treatment: The natural complement to cold forming, GBS' 

heat treatment furnaces are TÜV approved. Austenitic stainless, 

Carbon Steel, Dublex, Super Duplex stainless grades, nickel 

alloys and low alloy carbon steel are in a position to fulfill all the 

requirements set by international standards. All of our heat treatment 

furnaces have been inspected according to ASTM A 991 

- SAE AMS 2750-ISO 17763-EN 746 standards, and the furnaces 

are calibrated by internationally accredited organizations. 

Tank: Our standard product ranges are horizontal or vertical, 

with a volume of 100-20,000 liters and a pressure range of 

8-40 bar. Apart from this, we can produce up to 300,000 liters 

of volume according to the project. Our production is carried 

out in accordance with EN 13445, AD 2000, EN 286 and 

ASME sec VIII div 1 and is CE certified and in accordance with 

the relevant European Directive 2014/68/EU. Our company's 

production experience; It goes back to 1945 in dished head 

and 2000 in pressure tank production. Since we produce 

both dished head and tank, this gives us serious advantages 

for the most part. In tank production, dished head must be 

good in terms of size and quality. Because dished head and 

hull assemblies are very important in a tank. The more compatible 

the dished head and body dimensions are, the smoother 

the assembly will be. This affects the quality of the source

certify our high quality level. We give our customers confidence 

in the quality of the products we make before the sale and after 

the sale, we issue a test certificate that will be valid for 1 year 

in the pressure tanks we produce and test. This is kind of like 

a warranty card. As GBS, we export to various countries with 

the confidence of our experience, knowledge and customer 

satisfaction in domestic markets. In order to increase our export 

figures and market share, we have achieved a significant growth 

rate in the last 5 years by participating in international fairs, identifying 

target markets, finding new customers and meeting with 

them. We continue our promotional activities in order to bring 

our products to more markets. Due to the disruption of supply 

chains all over the world due to the pandemic, political embargoes, 

international wars and increases in commodity prices due 

to various reasons continue to negatively affect the markets. In 

order for the markets to be normalized again, it is necessary to 

establish a supply-demand balance and to provide easy access

2020 yılında yen br oluşum le geçmş deneymlerde kazanılan başarı 

öykülern fırsata çevrerek İ.O.S.B. Eskoop Sanay Stes’nde daha 

önce üretmn yaptığımız brçok plastk şleme maknaları malatından 

ayrışarak sadece Şşrme Makneler malatına odaklanan yen yapılanmamızı 

başlattık. Bu süreçte yenlkç ve gelşme açık br yönetm ve 

üretm kadrosu oluşturduk. Hedefmz yüksek teknoloj kullanan, makne 

seçmlern Avrupa menşel frmalardan yapan kurumsal frmalara 

yönelttk. Bu markalar arasında yer alablmek çn standart üretmden 

çıkıp, müşter steklern değerlendrerek maknemze değer kattık.

Özellkle otomotv ve Beyaz Eşya gruplarında müşterlermz le ortak

With a new formation in 2020, by turning the success stories 

gained in the past experiences into opportunities, I.O.S.B. in 

Eskoop Industrial Site, we separated from many plastic processing 

machines that we produced before and started our new structuring 

focusing only on the production of Blow Molding Machines. In this 

process, we have created an innovative and open to development 

management and production staff. We set our target to corporate 

companies that use high technology and choose their machines from 

European companies. In order to be among these brands, we left the 

standard production and added value to our machine by evaluating 

customer requests. 

Could you give detailed information about your current product 

groups and services that you offer to the sector? 

For the last ten years, we have been producing only Plastic Blow Molding 

Machines and equipment. In addition to packaging groups, we 

provide machinery and equipment to Automotive, Medical and White 

Goods groups. We develop joint projects with our customers, especially 

in the Automotive and White Goods groups, and produce 

product-specific solutions. In packaging groups; for cleaning, personal 

care, industrial oil, agriculture, pressure vessels, food and health sector; 

machines in various volumes and cavities, in automotive; ventilation

to the special requests of our customers. Many of our customers have directly contributed to the 

development of our machine. In machine purchases, our customers must clearly state their expectations

Our most important support is that we support machine operators by 

providing remote access with the authorization of our customers. In 

case of fault detection, we provide support for understanding the fault 

and quick elimination by connecting remotely. With our detailed and 

machine-specific electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic projects, fault 

tracking and problem solving are carried out very quickly. 

We use known brand components that can be found in global markets. 

Even after the guarantee period of the machine, our customers 

can easily find the materials in their local markets. We minimize the 

service and maintenance time by minimizing the dependence of our 

customers on us. We help our customers to manufacture parts that 

will vary in different mold applications by sharing the necessary technical 

drawings or 3D part designs in different locations.

With the ever-evolving nature of technology, how do you integrate technology into 

your production? R&D is now of great importance for more efficient production. If 

you were to talk about your R&D studies in this direction, what would you say? 

4 of our 14 employees in our company are Mechanical Engineers. We attach importance to 

R&D with customer demands, market competition and our "better" motto. We are constantly 

working with our internal and external consultants to answer the question of "How can it be better?" 

for new ideas, mechanical improvements. 

We are constantly making innovations in software, especially in cases where standard production 

is not sufficient in the automotive, white goods and medical sectors. During the year, we 

make updates remotely or in person, even for our current customers. Our goal is for our customers 

to increase their production capacity by producing less costly and less downtime. 

You attended PLAST EURASIA Fair held between 1-4 December 2021. How was the fair 

for you? How do you evaluate the feedback received after the fair? 

Fairs are medium and long-term investments for companies like us that manufacture machinery. 

For us, the 2021 PlastEurasia Fair was the most active fair of recent times, despite being in the 

pandemic process. The profile of qualified customers who visited our stand and the interest and 

praise they showed for our YM_CES_TD_200 model machine that we exhibited, made us very 

happy. The rapid and uncertain increase in raw material prices and high exchange rates after 

the fair prevented the activity in the fair from turning into trade. 

However, many qualified and newly introduced companies have been our biggest gains. Our 

meetings with European countries have increased and we have new contracts. Like every year, 

we will continue to participate in both domestic and international fairs in order to meet with our 

existing and new customers in the coming years.

Vakfımız PAGEV’n 2020 kaynaklarına göre sektörümüz; yaklaşık 10 

mlyon ton üretm yapan, 35 mlyar dolar crosu ve 5 mlyar dolar hracatı 

le ülkemzn başlıca sektörlerndendr. Son yıllardak hızlı büyüme 

le Avrupa’da knc sıraya, dünya genelnde se altıncı sıra gb öneml 

br sevyeye yükseld. 

Covd-19 pandem sürec, hammadde grd fyatlarının aşırı yükselmes, 

enflasyon ve savaş koşulları sektöre öneml ölçüde zarar vermesne 

rağmen sektör mensupları tüm şartları zorlamaktadır. 

Frmamızın üretm konusu olan şşrme makneler sektörümüzde dğer 

makne malatları arasında düşük br hacme sahptr. Buna rağmen Yelkencler 

olarak Covd-19 pandem sürecnde devamlı olarak çalışarak 

üretm kaybı yaşamadık. Br öncek yıllara göre makne üretm kapastemz 

artırdık.

If you evaluate the position of the sector in Turkey within 

the framework of the current market conditions, based 

on your experience and knowledge, what would you say? 

According to the 2020 resources of our foundation PAGEV, our 

industry is; It is one of the main sectors of our country with a production 

of approximately 10 million tons, a turnover of 35 billion dollars 

and an export of 5 billion dollars. With the rapid growth in recent 

years, it has risen to the second rank in Europe and to an important 

level such as the sixth rank worldwide. Although the Covid-19 pandemic 

process, the excessive increase in raw material input prices, 

inflation and war conditions have seriously damaged the sector, the 

members of the sector are pushing all the conditions. Blow molding 

machines, which are the production subject of our company, have a 

low volume among other machine productions in our sector. Despite 

this, as sailors, we have not lost production by working continuously 

during the Covid-19 pandemic process. Compared to previous 

years, we increased our machine production capacity. 

Finally, what would you like to say to our readers? 

As Yelkenciler Engineering team, we strive to produce machinery 

beyond the demands of our customers without compromising our 

production standards. Each member of our team works with this 

desire and understanding. We see the return of this request and

makes the firm strong is the customer. Every customer should 

feel special. No customer who feels privileged is lost regardless of 

the problem. The most obvious way to understand the customer 

is the ability to empathize. It is extremely important to go to the 

opposite side of the table and make a due diligence to understand 

the feelings of the customer. Taking a foresighted approach 

to possible problems that may arise from this point of view will be 

beneficial in order to produce quick solutions. Considering the 

feedbacks, suggestions and complaints from the customer, detection 

and prevention of unforeseen and yet undetected errors 

will be a guide at this point. At the same time, addressing different 

expectations will enable us to develop our perspective. 

So, what should be considered in order to increase customer 

satisfaction? 

First of all, the standards set for the requested product or service 

must be met. The fact that the advertisement or slogan to be 

used in the presentation of the product or service formed in this 

direction reflects the truth is of great importance in terms of delivering 

the promised. The next thing to consider is; 'customer satisfaction'. 

This is satisfaction; It is the sum of the above-mentioned 

events consisting of meeting the demands and complaints from 

the customer. Depending on this whole, another stage will be 

'customer loyalty'. It will be possible to make customers permanent, 

to make them feel safe and to make them believe in sincerity. 

It will not need to find an alternative supplier, as it will become 

a habit as a result of the customer's adoption. . The result based 

on these gains reveals the importance of bilateral relations with 

the customer as well as product quality. In the light of all these 

valuable details, the 'customer value policy' will emerge. While the 

target is to meet the needs of the customer, the point reached will 

be the sharpest fork in the road ahead of the competitors. From 

here, new and original ideas will emerge strongly.

dönüşümüne yönelk ddalı 2030 hedefne katkıda bulunuyor. SUEZ ve

kapastel LDPE yıkama ve granül hatlarını başarılı br şeklde teslm ett. 

Bu proje le brlkte BEIER ger dönüşüm hatlarında brçok Avrupalı frmanın 

radarına grd ve 2022 yılı çn hedeflern yükselterek yen ek tess çn 

yatırım kararı aldı.

SUEZ and BEIER companies successfully delivered 3 sets of 1 ton/ 

hour capacity LDPE washing and granule lines with the new contract 

they signed last year. 

With this project, BEIER entered the radar of many European companies 

in recycling lines and decided to invest in a new additional facility 

by raising its targets for 2022. 

The SUEZ Circular Polymer Plant recycles low-density polyethylene 

(LDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic. Strongly 

supported by the experience of PLAST Lab® experts, SUEZ’s innovative 

plastics laboratory dedicated to plastic recycling based 

in France, this allows the facility to qualify, characterize, measure 

and formulate new recycled plastics to suit the customer’s specific 

needs.

2. Additive Masterbatches: 

• Polymer Processing Aid (PPA): It increases gloss, prevents surface 

defects, reduces energy consumption, and provides a cost advantage. 

• Slip: It reduces the adhesion of film surfaces without causing migration 

and allows the films to be opened easily. There are two types of 

slip agents; fast bloom and slow bloom. 

• Antiblock: It prevents the films from sticking to each other by creating 

spaces between films. 

• Antifog: It prevents water vapor on the surface of the film. It is especially 

recommended to be used in packaging for refrigerated products. 

• Antislip Agents: It prevents the bags from slipping off during packing 

or shipping by roughening the surfaces of the bags placed on top of 

each other. 

• Antiscratch Agents: These help remove plastic products from the 

mold and prevent the surface from being scratched. 

• Antioxidants: The oxidative degradation in polymers occurs as a 

consequence of a chemical reaction that takes the place when the 

material is exposed to oxygen during the process. It prevents thermal 

degradation, yellowing, and gelling that occurs when the machine 

stops and where recycled materials are used. Antioxidants are also 

heat stabilizers. 

• Optical Brighteners: It converts UV radiation to visible bluish light. In 

this way, it makes the finished product appear whiter and brighter than 

it is and reduces the yellowness of plastic products. 

• Antistatic Agents: It prevents the accumulation of static electricity on 

the surface of the plastic product during production. It prevents the

tasarruf sağlar, üretm sürecn kolaylaştırırken tüm bleşenlern tek br

4. Beyaz Masterbatchler: 

Taşıyıcı polmere karıştırılmış konsantre beyaz pgmentlerdr (genellkle 

ttanyum dokst kullanılır). Ttanyum doksdn Anatas ve Rutl 

olmak üzere k farklı krstal formu vardır. Ttanyum dokst dışında 

Çnko Sülfd, Kalst, Ltofon, Antmon Okst, Çnko Okst, Kaoln vb. 

plastk ürünlere beyazlık vereblmektedr. Refraktf ndeks ve partkül 

büyüklüğü opastey etkler.

• UV Stabilizers: It protects the polymer in the plastic film against UV. It 

is divided into 3 groups: 

1. Hals 2. Nickel Quencher 3. UV Absorbers 

• Infrared: Used in agriculture, reduces the cooling effect of longwave 

emissions and increases the heating of infrared waves. 

• Antimicrobials: These prevent the formation of fungus, mold, and 

bacteria. 

• Desiccants: These absorb the moisture in the plastic material and 

remove defects caused by the moisture on the surface. Especially 

recommended when using recycled material. 

• Nucleating Agents: Especially improves and clarifies the optical 

properties of polypropylene. 

• Matting Agents: It reduces the shine and provides a matte surface. 

• Electret Agents: It helps to increase the filtration properties of meltblown 

non-woven fabrics. 

• Cleaning Agents: It removes oxidized materials from inside the machine, 

prevents degradation during machine stops, and cleans the 

process during color transitions or polymer replacement. 

• Fragrance: It allows to cover the bad odour coming from plastics 

with the desired aromatic odour (e.g., lavender, strawberry, lemon, 

etc.). 

• Laser Marking: It provides high contrast marking on plastic surfaces. 

3. Combibatch: 

These are specially formulated products that combine color and additive 

masterbatches. It saves money as they eliminate the need for multiple 

dosing systems, simplifies the production process, and ensures 

that all ingredients are added correctly in a single product. 

4. White Masterbatches: 

These are concentrated white pigments (usually titanium dioxide is 

used) mixed with the carrier polymer. Titanium dioxide has two different 

crystal forms; Anatase and Rutile. Apart from Titanium dioxide, 

Zinc Sulphide, Calcite, Lithophone, Antimony Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Kaolin, 

etc. can give whiteness to plastic products. Refractive index and 

Titanium dioxide particle size affect the opacity.

Zeki Sarıbekir, President of the Packaging Manufacturers Association 

(ASD), said, “Our unit value is around 2.5 dollars/kg. 

Commodity prices, raw material problem, up to 3 times increase in 

production costs and container problems are among the factors that 

negatively affect our exports. The issue of sustainability should not be 

postponed. Against waste imports. I want to emphasize once again 

that we are. 

We Should Export Half of What We Produce

exported 6.5 billion dollars in 2021 and increased its positive contribution

war, raw material shortage and container problem are among the 

factors that negatively affect our exports. There are increases in commodity 

prices. In food the VAT rate has been reduced. The packaging 

industry is also an industry branch that serves the food industry. The 

VAT rate should decrease from 18 percent to 8 percent,” he said.

OMÜD Yönetm Kurulu Başkanı Buğra Sükan ev sahplğnde, yoğun br 

katılımla gerçekleşen ftara; OMÜD asl ve sempat üyeler le sektör paydaşları 

ve basın mensupları katıldı. OMÜD’ün geleneksel ftarında konuk 

konuşmacı olarak Gazetec Serdar Kuzuloğlu da sahne aldı. 

“Büyüme trendmz bu yıl da devam ettreceğz” 

Dernek olarak yürüttükler çalışmalar hakkında blg veren OMÜD Yönetm 

Kurulu Başkanı Buğra Sükan, “Geçtğmz 35 yıl boyunca üyelermz 

arasındak dayanışmayı güçlendrmek, sektörümüzün gelşmne katkı 

sağlamak ve oluklu mukavvanın kullanımını artırmak amacıyla sayısız 

çalışmaya mza attık. Oluklu mukavva sektörü olarak 2021 yılını yüzde 

15 büyüme le kapattık. Sektörün üretm 3 mlyon ton ve 5,5 mlyar metrekare 

sevyelerne ulaştı. 2022 yılında da büyüme hedefmze yönelk 

çalışmalarımıza devam edyoruz.” ded. 

Hosted by OMUD Chairman of the Board Buğra Sükan, the 

fast-breaking fast-breaking event was attended by; OMUD 

noble and sympathetic members, industry stakeholders and members 

of the press attended. Journalist Serdar Kuzuloğlu took the stage as a 

guest speaker at the traditional iftar of OMUD. 

“We will continue our growth trend this year as well” 

Buğra Sükan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OMUD who 

gave information about the activities they carry out as an association, 

said, “Over the past 35 years, we have carried out numerous works 

to strengthen the solidarity among our members to contribute to the 

development of our industry and to increase the use of corrugated 

cardboard. As the corrugated cardboard industry, we closed the year 

2021 with a growth of 15 percent.

The production of the sector reached 3 million tons and 5.5 billion 

square meters. In 2022, we continue to work towards our growth
