Legrand, 2 yılı aşkın tecrübesiyle ürettiği kuru tip trafoları

sunmaktadır. Teramo şehrindeki fabrikamızda yaklaşık 90
mavi yakalı personelimiz mevcuttur. rettiğimiz trafoların
0’den fazlasını ihraç etmekteyiz. İhracat yaptığımız
lokasyonlar genel olarak Avrupa, rtadoğu, Uzakdoğu, Asya
ve üney Amerika’dır.
Ar-e departmanımız, ürünlerimizin güvenirliğini,
performansını ve teknik optimizasyonunu geliştirmek için en
son teknoloji D çizim programları ile çalışmaktadır. üksek
kaliteli üretimimiz aynı zamanda en son teknolojik makineler
ve kalite kontrol tarafından garanti edilmektedir.
Laboratuvarımız uluslararası bir sertifikasyon kuruluşu olan
LVA-AAE (Lo Voltage Agreement roup Associazione
per la ertificazione delle Apparecchiature Elettriche)
tarafından başarıyla onaylanmış olup, test yetki belgesini
almıştır. Bu belgeyi alarak hem test sürecimizin kalitesini
hem de laboratuvarımızın diğer markaların trafolarının
onaylanmasına imkan sağlamıştır.
When it comes to Dry Type Transformers, how long has
Legrand been producing them for? What is the capacity
of the factory? How many percent of the products are
exported? How many people are employed?

2020 yılının sonundan itibaren başlayan bu süreçte tüm
üreticiler, fiyat artışına ve uzun teslimat sürelerine yol açan
ham madde tedariğindeki sıkıntılardan dolayı ciddi derecede
etkilenmiştir. zellikle kuru tip trafolar son aylarda yaşanan
manyetik nüve fiyatlarındaki artış nedeniyle ciddi derecede
darbe almıştır. eleceği kestirmek biraz zor çünkü bu durum
bazı spekülasyonlar ve in piyasasındaki yüksek talepten
çok etkilenmektedir. ine de bu fiyat artışı son haftalarda
yavaşlamış olsa da biz fiyatların stabil bir duruma gelmesini
umuyoruz.
As we all know, in last 2-3 months, there were serious
price changes mainly because of raw materials. Do you
think that supply and demand is equalized, and prices are
set to a new normal, or do you expect some more changes
in close future?
Starting from the end of 2020, all manufacturers have been
suffering of shortages of raw materials which led to steep
raw material cost increase and longer delivery times. Also
Cast Resin Transformers have been impacted significantly
over the last months, especially for the magnetic steel.
It is difficult to predict the future because the situation is
influenced also by speculation and high demand from China
market. Nevertheless, over the last weeks the increase has
slowed down and we hope in a cost stabilization.
Legrand has consolidated a strong experience over more
than 25 years in the production of Cast Resin Transformers
which are sold all around the world for different applications:
Tertiary, Industrial, Traction, Marine and Power Generation.
Around 90 employees are working for Cast Resin Transformers
and more than 70% of the volumes are exported, mainly in
Europe, Middle East, Far East, Asia and South America.
R&D is working with up-to-date 3D tools which enable to
improve reliability and performances to our products by to
our products by optimizing the Technical Solutions. High
quality level of production is also guaranteed by machineries
of the latest technology and very strict Quality Controls. Our
Laboratory has been successfully verified by LOVAG – ACAE,
an international certification body, and obtained Testing
Authorization, proving the quality of the testing process and
enabling the Laboratory to certify CRT’s of other brands.
Such acknowledgment and qualification are a very important
plus and Legrand is one of the very few around the world
proud to offer this to their customers.
