the works thanks to the system “Barcode “
As in several domains for which we are still the first ones to use
the system of “Barcode” on the production of the prostesis,
the system that we call DentalNET establishes the correlation
enter the prapatician-patient-laboratory.
We created this system mainly in the purpose to give a better service to the local and foreign praticians and also to
improve the level of our works. In association with a firm of computing, we had to work during 2 years on this project
and 8 months the system is in full functioning.
The praticians, with the “ user name and figure “
that we will submit them, they can follow stage
by stage the production of their works on the web
site.
The DentalNET system which allows the sudden
intervention of the user, is applied by Dental Labor
for the first time in the world. The user of this system,
will receive a CD of instructions for use and a card
carrying indicating the temporary figure by means
of which he can, having entered our web site to
www.dl.com.tr, to see the training of his prosthesis.
As soon as the work enters in our laboratory, the
pratician will receive on his mobile a number of
pursuit which will be of use to him for following the
manufacturing the totality of its current works. He
can inquire at once of the entrance of his work,
the names of the technicians which elaborated it,
names and numbers of lot of raw materials used
etc.
We want to remind you here that all our raw
materials are import product and certified CE.
The praticians, can also foresee the date of the
fulfillment of their works and the date which they will
be delivered. Thanks to this system, we believe in
the fact that the reliable links between the pratician
and his patient are going to become even more
solid.
DentalNET, to our opinion, will establish a big
advantage for the praticians who, every day are
face to face of their patients, who are mostly aware
of the facts.
Intervention in the problem at once
It is for us the biggest advantage. This program
allows us to inervene at once in case some technical
problem or delay appears during the production.
We have the possibility of following all the technical
processes by means of 3 screens and of fixing
beforehand the durations of each work. If there are
cases which delay, the system warns us and locating
the problematic work and we resolve the problem
without more delay
Connections between the praticians and the
technicians will be marc solid
We have the possibility of following the performances
of the technicians daily, weekly and monthly. By
means of this system, we can see statistically
whom of our technicians work most and with which
pratician, what is its monthly performance, who of
our technicians is the most pratician’s favorite etc...
We can so maximize the connections between
practitioners and technicians.
