METAL MILLING
CAD-CAM teknolojisi ile CrCo altyapı üretimidir.
Milling teknolojisinde, klasik sistemin aksine, tesviye işlemi
hemen hemen hiç yoktur. Bu sayede hard metal yada elmas
frezler ile yapılan alt yapının kontaminasyonu azalttığı gibi aynı
zamanda insan kaynaklı hassasiyet kaybına sebep olabilecek
birçok hatayı da minimize etmektedir.
5 aksla üretilen metal alt yapılarda en ufak ayrıntılara bile
ulaşılabilmesi mümkün olmaktadır. Kullanılan diskler tekrar
kullanılamadığından hammadde saflığı hakkında hiç bir
endişeye yer kalmamaktadır.
Application of a new technology in metal framework
METAL MILLING
It is the product of the technology CAD-CAM with the CrCo.
Contrary to the classic system, with this technology we do not
almost require operations of levelling. The armature made by
reaming with hard metal or diament, the contagion becomes
almost invalid and the human errors are reduced at least.
In the armatures produced with 5 axes we have the possibility
of reaching the most slim details. Disks are used only once.
That is why, we have not to be doubted concerning
the purity of raw materials.
