METAL MILLING
CAD-CAM teknolojisi ile CrCo altyapı üretimidir.
Milling teknolojisinde, klasik sistemin aksine, tesviye işlemi
hemen hemen hiç yoktur. Bu sayede hard metal yada elmas
frezler ile yapılan alt yapının kontaminasyonu azalttığı gibi aynı
zamanda insan kaynaklı hassasiyet kaybına sebep olabilecek
birçok hatayı da minimize etmektedir.
5 aksla üretilen metal alt yapılarda en ufak ayrıntılara bile
ulaşılabilmesi mümkün olmaktadır. Kullanılan diskler tekrar
kullanılamadığından hammadde saflığı hakkında hiç bir
endişeye yer kalmamaktadır.
Application of a new technology in metal framework
METAL MILLING
It is the product of the technology CAD-CAM with the CrCo.
Contrary to the classic system, with this technology we do not
almost require operations of levelling. The armature made by
reaming with hard metal or diament, the contagion becomes
almost invalid and the human errors are reduced at least.
In the armatures produced with 5 axes we have the possibility
of reaching the most slim details. Disks are used only once.
That is why, we have not to be doubted concerning
the purity of raw materials.

Barkod sistemiyle iş akışını takip etmek artık çok rahat !
Bir ilke daha imza atarak barkod sistemini hayata
geçirdik. DentalNET adını verdiğimiz sistemle
laboratuvar, hekim, hasta üçgeninde iş akışını
barkod sistemi ile sağlıyoruz.
Tüm yurt geneline ve yurtdışında ise tüm Avrupa’ya hizmet veren Dental Labor olarak bu sistemle öncelikle diş
hekimlerine daha iyi hizmet vermek amacıyla yola çıktık. Aynı zamanda kendi hizmet seviyemizi daha da yükseltmek
ve işlerin aksamadan devamını sağlamak için böyle bir sistem oluşturduk. Profesyonel bir yazılım firması ile 8 ay
boyunca programın yazılımı üzerinde çalıştık ve projeyi 2 yıllık bir sürede tamamladık.
Diş hekimleri her aşamayı kendilerine verilen
kullanıcı adı ve şifresiyle web sitesi üzerinden
takip edebilecek.
Anında müdahaleye imkan tanıyan ve daha pek
çok yenilik getiren Dentalnet sistemi dünyada ilk
kez Dental Labor tarafından uygulanıyor. Sistemi
kullanacaklar; hazırladığımız CD içinde yer alan bir
kartla kullanıcı adı ve geçici şifreler ile www.dl.com.
tr web adresimizden giriş yaparak anında kullanıma
geçerek laboratuarımızda olan bütün işlerini
görebilecekler. Diş hekimi tarafından gönderilen iş
laboratuarımıza girdiği anda hekimin cep telefonuna
söz konusu işi takip edebilmesi için sms yoluyla
bir takip numarası gönderiliyor. Web sitemize
girip ilgili takip numarası ile işin hangi aşamada
olduğunu, varsa diğer işleri izlemek hekimlerimiz
için mümkün oluyor. İşin laboratuvarımıza ne zaman
geldiğini, hangi teknisyenlerin elinden geçtiğini, o iş
yapılırken kullanılan hammaddelerin adını ve hangi
lot numarasıyla ülkeye getirdiğimizi görebiliyorlar.
Doktorlarımız için hammaddenin kaynağının ne
kadar önemli olduğunu biliyoruz. Bu yüzden
ithalatımızın tamamının Avrupa’dan yapıldığını
detaylarını ve CE sertifikalı olduğunu sistemimizde
gönül rahatlığı ile paylaşıyoruz. Hekimler işin tahmini
çıkış süresini, kendilerine ne zaman ulaşacağını ve
işle ilgili tahmini hesap özetlerini de yine sistemden
takip edebiliyorlar. İş akış şemasının tamamını
izleme olanağı sağlayan sistem sayesinde hasta
hekim arasındaki iletişim, uyum ve güvenin de
güçleneceğine inanıyoruz.

süresini belirleyebiliyoruz. Eğer iş belirlenen zamanda
bitmezse sistem bize uyarı veriyor. Örneğin, iş
laboratuarımıza girdiği anda, bir bölümden çıkması
gerektiği süreyi sisteme tanımladığımızdan bu süre
aşılırsa sistem bizi uyarıyor ve kontrol ekranındaki kişi
ilgili bölümü arayarak işin gecikme sebebini öğreniyor.
Aksama varsa, olup bittikten sonra değil, o anda
müdahale imkanı sağlıyor.
Teknisyen hekim uyumu da güçlenecek
Teknisyenlerin performansını da günlük, haftalık, aylık
periyotlarla takip edebiliyoruz. Sistem sayesinde hangi
teknisyenimizin hangi doktorumuza iş yaptığını, hangi
teknisyenimizin o ay ne kadar iş yaptığını v.b
istatistikleri görebiliyoruz. Eğer el uyuşmazlığı varsa ya
da doktorumuz bir teknisyenimizden çok memnunsa
bu verilerin hepsi bir tuşla elde edilebiliyor. Böylece
teknisyen doktor uyumunu maksimize edebiliyoruz.

Control System of the production
We have the possibility of checking easily the progress of
the works thanks to the system “Barcode “
As in several domains for which we are still the first ones to use
the system of “Barcode” on the production of the prostesis,
the system that we call DentalNET establishes the correlation
enter the prapatician-patient-laboratory.
We created this system mainly in the purpose to give a better service to the local and foreign praticians and also to
improve the level of our works. In association with a firm of computing, we had to work during 2 years on this project
and 8 months the system is in full functioning.
The praticians, with the “ user name and figure “
that we will submit them, they can follow stage
by stage the production of their works on the web
site.
The DentalNET system which allows the sudden
intervention of the user, is applied by Dental Labor
for the first time in the world. The user of this system,
will receive a CD of instructions for use and a card
carrying indicating the temporary figure by means
of which he can, having entered our web site to
www.dl.com.tr, to see the training of his prosthesis.
As soon as the work enters in our laboratory, the
pratician will receive on his mobile a number of
pursuit which will be of use to him for following the
manufacturing the totality of its current works. He
can inquire at once of the entrance of his work,
the names of the technicians which elaborated it,
names and numbers of lot of raw materials used
etc.
We want to remind you here that all our raw
materials are import product and certified CE.
The praticians, can also foresee the date of the
fulfillment of their works and the date which they will
be delivered. Thanks to this system, we believe in
the fact that the reliable links between the pratician
and his patient are going to become even more
solid.
DentalNET, to our opinion, will establish a big
advantage for the praticians who, every day are
face to face of their patients, who are mostly aware
of the facts.
Intervention in the problem at once
It is for us the biggest advantage. This program
allows us to inervene at once in case some technical
problem or delay appears during the production.
We have the possibility of following all the technical
processes by means of 3 screens and of fixing
beforehand the durations of each work. If there are
cases which delay, the system warns us and locating
the problematic work and we resolve the problem
without more delay
Connections between the praticians and the
technicians will be marc solid
We have the possibility of following the performances
of the technicians daily, weekly and monthly. By
means of this system, we can see statistically
whom of our technicians work most and with which
pratician, what is its monthly performance, who of
our technicians is the most pratician’s favorite etc...
We can so maximize the connections between
practitioners and technicians.
