Tungsten carbide qualities are influenced greatly by the raw materials,<br />
therefore to ensure the highest quality and product continuity,<br />
strict guide lines are laid down in the early stages of base material<br />
collections (WC, TiC, TaC, NbC, Co, Ni).<br />
Hammadde, Karıştırıcı içinde nemli ortamda yoğrulduktan sonra<br />
kurutma kulellerin içinde kurutulur. Bu aşamada, ürün toz haline<br />
getirilmiş ve preslenmeye hazır haldedir.<br />
The raw materials are wet milled in attritors and later<br />
dried in the so called Spray Drying Towers. At this stage the<br />
product already has its powder like configuration, ready for<br />
pressing.<br />
