THE RELATIONSHIPS AMONG HUMAN RESOURCE

MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, JOB SATISFACTION AND

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

The aim of this thesis is to examine whether there is a relationship

between human resources management practices (HRMPs), employees’ job

satisfaction and organizational commitment and to contribute to the

knowledge on this issue. The research was conducted on the employees

who are choosen through convenience sampling. The employees have been

working in three companies operating in the plastic and seramic sectors of

Eskişehir, Bozüyük/Bilecik and Kemalpaşa/İzmir. The data from 207

employees were analyzed via spearman corealtion analysis at the SPSS

20.0. As a result, the significant relationships between the HRMPs, job

satisfaction and organizational commitment have been detected.
