The third section contains 17 titles consisting of two sub-sections in
itself. For each punctuation mark, under separate titles, information has been
given, then the problems have been examined on the problem examples
from different sources, solutions to these problems have been tried to find
and the proposals have been given. Suggestions have been supported with
examples from various written texts.
On the study, using unnecessary mark, no using when it is essential,
using the wrong sign, inconsistent punctuation in the work, being not fit to
the rules and the contradictory findings of samples are the issues related to
the punctuation that have been reached.
To know about the punctuation marks and to be able to use them
correctly can be provided by the support of manual books in which the rules
are explained very well with a lot of samples. The guide book will reinforce
the proposal rules by taking the examples not only from literary works but
also from different types of papers to support them while giving the each
rule under the different title.
