ON THE PROBLEM OF MORAL VALUE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL
RECOMMENDATIONS DIRECTED AT OPTIMIZATION OF
INTERACTION OF PEOPLE
Modality of essential evaluation of psychological ways of optimization of
activity and relations of people varies in continium from entire ignoring their moral
essense to categorical demand of moral validity of any directed influence on people.
Psychological influence is a system of expedient actions of one person with the
purpose of imposing the reguired model of behaviour, the ways of realization to
another. If the true moral manifests itself in disinterested will of one person to the
person who needs it, then psychological recommendations in any case including
personal interest turns out to be not simple. In the moral conception worked out by
Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy the Great the main regulator of human behaviour is
conscience and every action of a person is correlated with it. The strategy of
behaviour based on the impulse of the heart frees the activities of a person from
situational motives, ensures its effective functioning in a long time perspective.
