The articles prepared in accordance with the principles should be sent to the
e-mail address given below. The articles returned to the authors for correction and
improvement should be sent back to the Journal not later than one month. Minor
editing may be done by Editorial Board.
Articles not prepared in accordance with the principles above will not
be published. The scientific responsibility of the published articles and legal
responsibility of the translations belong to the authors/translators.
