ve elik eden ek hastalklar önem tamaktadr.
Bu hastaln arlnn belirlenmesinde
kullanlan AH göz önüne alnarak en sk önerilen
tedavi algoritmas ekil 2’de gösterilmitir.
Özellikle hafif uyku apnesi ya da basit horlamann
tedavisinde, üst solunum yolunu daraltan boaz ve
burun hastalklarn varlnda cerrahi müdahaleler
seçilmi olgularda yararl olabilir 36 . Uygun olgularda
di hekimlerince uygulanan az içi araç tedavisi
iyi netice verebilir. Ancak ek kardiyovasküler veya
serebrovasküler hastal olanlarda, orta-ar dereceli
OUAS’da, altn standart tedavi yöntemi CPAP’tr 37 .
