Conclusion: The caesarian frequency was found to be 27.97% from
2000 to 2004. A significant difference was found between the
caesarian ratios from year to year. We believe that the reason was the
clinic. 46% of the Caesarian indications consist of former caesarians.
60% of the cases are within the 20 to 29 years old. 50% of the cases
were found nullipara and primipara. 6.9% were found as buttocks
presentation. 39% thereof were subjected to vaginal birth. The dead
birth ratio was determined as 4.7%. 5 minutes apgar score was
between 9 to 10 in 89% of the cases. The most frequent presentation
anomaly was the buttocks presentation with 84% among the caesarian
anomalies. The most frequent position anomaly was the deflection
coming with a rate of 45%. In average, 30% of the patients giving a
vaginal birth were subjected to episiotomy. 91% had no perineal
laceration. Average birth weight was found to be 3.185. 1.4 of the
vaginal births were subjected to operative vaginal birth. Our findings
were in compliance with the results of other studies generally.
