Evaluation Quality Standards In State Hospitals Kayseri<br />
ABSTRACT<br />
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impro<strong>ve</strong>ment of the service<br />
quality standards of state hospitals in Kayseri. The hospital supervision results of<br />
2007 3 rd period and 2009 2 nd period of Kayseri municipality health management<br />
quality coordination unit were studied. The results of 2007 and 2009 results of 8<br />
state hospitals which service quality standards evaluation was done were evaluated.<br />
Data has been evaluated with SPSS 17.0 program using a computer. In the statistical<br />
analysis, McNemar test was used to evaluate cathegorized multiple correlations.<br />
