blödningen inte mindre och
sjukskrivningstiden inte kortare än vid
öppen kirurgi (Tullberg et al, 1993,
Henriksen et al, 1996, Lagarrigue et al,
1994).
Nukleotomi: Endast 10-15 % av de patienter,
som opererades med nukleotomi var aktuella
för öppen kir. Men då var resultaten
liknande de i Webers konservativa grupp
(Mayer et al, 1993). Laserkirurgi: Ingen
acceptabel evidence (Gibson et al, 1999).
Komplikationer: Postoperativ
komplikationsfrekvens är signifikant
korrelerad till förekomst av fetma,
hypertension och diabetes.
Typ av komplikationer: Spondylodiscit utan
peroperativ antibiotikabehandling är 3-4 %
(Petri et al, 1996, Rohde et al, 1998)
Tromboflebiter 0,3 ‰. Mortalitet 0,9 ‰.
Total cauda equina frekvens 5 ‰
(Henriques, 2001). Total
komplikationsfrekvens 3.7 % (Kardaun et al,
1990).
