2. When you have found the journal title in LIBRIS, you create a borrower's account through the
page Allmänna villkor för anslutning, låntagarkonto Students and staff at the University college of
Trollhättan/Uddevalla choose city ("ort" in Swedish): Trollhättan and then Högskolan i
Trollhättan/Uddevalla, biblioteket i Trollhättan. After that, you are able to request the journal
article yourself!
In order for you to get a message when the article has arrived to the library, the library must have
correct address information. Please check your addresses on pages Your loans in SOFIA.
3. If the journal title is not available in LIBRIS you will need to send an e-mail the library on
address fjarrlan@htu.se including the following:
Your name, e-mail address and Swedish "personnummer" (social security number)
or library card number.
Journal title, year, issue, pages, article author and article title. Please add ISSN
(International Standard Serial Number) if possible.
Article requests are binding and cannot be cancelled once they have been sent on from the library.
Interlibrary loan regulations
The library cannot guarantee the date of delivery of the material. If the request is made through
LIBRIS, the normal delivery time is a week, occasionally allowing for the delivery to need more
time. If the book is on loan from the lending library, the waiting time will be longer. Your loan
period and other conditions are regulated by the lending library.
