Publish your thesis electronically
Since 2002, the Library publishes HTU bachelor's and master's theses electronically on the Internet.
The theses can be searched in SOFIA, the HTU library catalog.
Electronic publishing is voluntary to the student.
All students turning in a thesis to the library need to follow these instruction:
1. The thesis shall be a bachelor's or master's thesis (minimum of 10 Swedish points).
Make sure you turn in the final and corrected version of the thesis.
2. The author/-s shall fill in a Library information sheet and sign an agreement to allow
electronic publishing. The information sheet and the agreement is provided by the campus libraries.
The Library infomation sheet shall be attested according to the respective department policies.
3. The thesis shall be e-mailed as an attached word or pdf file to the address: exarb.bibliotek@htu.
se. The thesis file name shall be the "ID number" of the Library information sheet.
Please note the following demands on the electronic document.
● The electronic thesis must consist of just one file. Enclosures that shall be published must be
merged into the document. The thesis shall not contain the social security number (Swedish
"personnummer") of the author/-s.
