Вивчення ефектів селективного вазодилатаційного
бета-блокатора небівололу при лікуванні АГ різного
походження у вагітних демонструє його позитивні
властивості. На тлі доброї переносимості не дає несприятливих
побічних реакцій, позитивно впливає на
центральну, периферичну та внутрішньониркову гемодинаміку
[40].
Група лікарських засобів — високоселективні бетаблокатори
— залишається провідною в лікуванні АГ
різного генезу у вагітних. Але на підставі наведених досліджень
можна рекомендувати переважне призначення
вазодилатаційного препарату небіволол, що ефективний
не тільки як антигіпертензивний засіб, але і має
виражений позитивний вплив на функцію ендотелію,
сприяє покращенню загальної і периферичної гемодинаміки
та не впливає на масу плода, який розвивається.
Що стосується термінів призначення препарату, то
дослідницьких робіт недостатньо для остаточної рекомендації
щодо часу призначення, особливо в І триместрі
вагітності.
