AGRESIVITATEA. PENTRU UN MODEL NEUROBIOLOGIC

Rezumat
Agresivitatea pacienţilor cu tulburări psihice implică atât modele psihosociale, cât şi
biologice.
Cercetările din ultimele decenii au demonstrat relaţia agresivitate - factori
constituţionali şi de mediu, utilizându-se observaţia comportamentului, studii în
câmp, metode experimentale şi scale de evaluare.
În neuro-anatomia agresivităţii a fost demonstrată intervenţia hipotalamusului,
amigdalei şi cortexului prefrontal. A fost demonstrată corelaţia între agresivitate şi
impulsivitate, principala cauză a tulburărilor de control a pulsiunilor fiind
considerată alterarea transmisiei serotoninergice. În comportamentul hetero-agresiv
par a fi implicaţi toţi neuromediatorii, alături de sistemul endocrin.

AGGRESSIVENESS. A NEUROBIOLOGICAL MODEL
Abstract
The aggressiveness of the patients with psychiatric disorders involves both
psychosocial and biological models.
During the last decades, the research has proven the relation between
aggressiveness on one hand and the constitutional and environmental factors on the
other hand. For that, the observation of behaviour, in-field studies, experimental
methods and evaluation scales have been used.
In the neuro-anatomy of aggressiveness are involved the hypothalamus, the amigdala
and the prefrontal cortex. The correlation between aggressiveness and impulsiveness
has been also proven, the dysfunction of the serotoninic transmission being
considered the main cause for the alteration of the impulse control. Beside the
endocrine system, every neurotransmission pathway is involved in the heteroaggressive
behaviour.

În perspectiva psihopatologiei clasice şi a cercetărilor actuale neurobiologice, agresivitatea
pacienţilor cu tulburări psihice se situează pe o poziţie duală implicând modele psihosociale de
inspiraţie comportamentală şi modele biologice susţinute de posibilitatea controlului agresivităţii
prin medicaţie psihotropă.
