Rezumat<br />

Scopul studiului a fost <strong>de</strong>terminarea efi cienţei meto<strong>de</strong>i<br />

<strong>de</strong> stimulare electrică transcraniană (SET) la pacienţii<br />

cu migrenă cronică (MC). În studiu au fost incluși 62<br />

<strong>de</strong> pacienţi cu MC: 47 trataţi prin SET în regim curativ și<br />

15 – în regim <strong>de</strong> placebo activ. Au fost analizate dinamic<br />

până și după tratament atât intensitatea cefaleei (conform<br />

scalei vizuale-analogice), cât și nivelele serice ale ß-endorfi<br />

nelor. Tratamentul prin SET la pacienţii cu MC a redus<br />

consi<strong>de</strong>rabil și statistic semnifi cativ intensitatea fenomenului<br />

cefalagic (cu 54,2%); a <strong>de</strong>terminat creșterea semnifi cativă<br />

a nivelului seric <strong>de</strong> ß-endorfi ne la 47% din pacienţi.<br />

La ceilalţi 53% s-a remarcat o diminuare nesemnifi cativă<br />

a ß-endorfi nelor. La pacienţii trataţi prin SET în regim <strong>de</strong><br />

placebo a scăzut statistic semnifi cativ intensitatea durerii,<br />

fără o creștere corespon<strong>de</strong>ntă semnifi cativă a nivelului ßendorfi<br />

nelor serice.<br />

Summary<br />

Th e aim of our study was to estimate the effi cency of<br />

transcranial electrostimulation (TES) in acute treatment of<br />

chronic migraine patients vs. placebo. We conducted a study<br />

on 62 patients diagnosed with chronic migraine (CM):<br />

47 of them treated by TES and 15 by an active placebo <strong>de</strong>vice.<br />

Dinamic pre- și post-treatament analyses of headache<br />

severity on VAS and serum ß-endorphin levels were performed.<br />

Both treataments, by TES and by active placebo,<br />

lea<strong>de</strong>d to a signifi cant <strong>de</strong>crease of pain level on VAS (by<br />

54,2%) and to a signifi cant increase of ß-endorphin level<br />

in 47% of patients. By contrast, in the rest of 53% pacients<br />

there was a no signifi cant <strong>de</strong>crease of ß-endorphin level after<br />

treatment. In patients treated by an active placebo <strong>de</strong>vice<br />

there was a signifi cant <strong>de</strong>crease in pain level without<br />

an correspon<strong>de</strong>nt increase of serum ß-endorphin level. So,<br />

TES may be used as a safe non-pharmacologic treatment of<br />

chronic migraine patients, due to its eff ect of pain reducing<br />

and increasing of serum ß-endorphin level.<br />

Резюме<br />

Целью данного исследования было определение<br />

эффективности немедикаментозного метода лечения<br />

больных хронической мигренью (ХМ) путем транскраниальной<br />

электрической стимуляции (ТЭС). В исследование<br />

были включены 62 больных ХМ: 47 б-х, пролеченных<br />

ТЭС в лечебном режиме, и 15 б-х, которым<br />

применялась активная плацебо-ТЭС. Были оценены в<br />

динамике (до и после лечения) интенсивность головной<br />

боли (по данным визуальной аналоговой шкалы)<br />

и уровень ß-эндорфинов плазмы крови. Лечение ТЭС<br />

привел к значительному и статистически достоверному<br />

снижению интенсивности мигренозной цефалгии<br />

(на 54,2%), а также к статистически достоверному<br />

повышению уровня ß-эндорфинов у 47% б-х ХМ. У<br />

остальных 53% больных наметилось незначительное<br />

понижение ß-эндорфинов. У пациентов, которым применялась<br />

плацебо- ТЭС, наблюдалось статистически<br />

достоверное снижение выраженности головной боли,<br />

но без соостветствующего достоверного повышения<br />

концентрации ß-эндорфинов в крови.
