Young people represent a considerable potential of society development,
a potential which represents an “active force” – promoter of
positive changes and progress . I being part of that “active” force had
my expectations and projections regarding a job that have changed
after employment . Thus, becoming a young employee, I have adapted
and integrated into general trend towards efficient achievement
of proposed common objectives . For me personally, the Court of Accounts
of the Republic of Moldova has a great importance in my becoming
a professional in audit . One factor that motivates me to work
in the Court of Accounts is the opportunity to stimulate and continuous
staff building, while acknowledging the impact of benefits on my
professional development and balance between elements of work I
do . I enjoy the ideal combination of challenge, satisfaction, professional
and personal development; and the work that I do always sparks
my interest .
I think one of the biggest changes in my life is that I became brave
enough to choose the Court of Accounts as a destination for my first
experience and now, after nearly a year of work in this institution, I
can say I made no mistake .
Court of Acounts, my work colleagues gave me the opportunity
to accumulate more knowledge, skills and experience incomparable
moments of hard work, gave me courage to ‘”explore myself” and
others, having a major influence on me, so now I am much more attentive
to things and people around me, more proactive, more motivated
and much more confident about the ways of reaching my
dreams and goals .
i sincerely hope that my professional activity contributed to development
and promotion of both positive image and values of our institution.
The purpose of each public institution is to serve society . CoA achieved
this goal, by issuing fair auditor’s opinions for interested public .
One of the main pillars of the CoA strategic development is staff
development, which it pays a great attention .
From my personal experience I can say that namely at the CoA I
learned what teamwork is, and realized how big is the wish and investment
in staff .
Young employees of the CoA, after graduation, have a single opportunity
to have a knowledgeable mentor, who they can consult for
any question and at any stage of audit, so managing from the very
beginning to take the right approach and, by the end, contributing
to achievement of the overall objective of CoA .
CoA often organizes seminars with international experts, who shared
professional experience with employees of the Court of Accounts;
working groups, where people discuss issues important for the activity
and staff of the CoA . Staff of the CoA has the opportunity to attend
