Enhancing technical creativity in some universitiesand research institutesThere is a group of universities in Romania, first recalled here the“Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Technical University ofCluj and, last but not least "Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava, whoserectors are powerful innovators.
