V. 363 PROGNOSEPROGRAMM FUR DIE KUNSTLICHE BEWASSERUNG DER LANDWIRTSCHAFTLICHEN KULTUREN GEMÂSS VON KLIMA-, KULTUR UND BODENDATEN DER SEISTENS .DEM LADWIRTSCHFTSMINISTERIUM DER USA BENUTZT WURDE UND DIE ANPASSUNGSMOGLICHKEITEN IN RUMÂNIEN Der Bericht stellt das fur elektronische Rechenmaschinen aufgestellte Programm der BewasseI"ungsprognose auf Grund der Klima-, KultuI"- und Bodendaten das seitens dem Landwirtschaftsministerium der USA benutzt wuI"de und die Moglichkeiten der Anpassung desselben an die Verhaltnisse unseres Landes, dar. Bas PI"ogI"amm besteht aus der Ermittlung des Wasserdeffizites des Bodens aui Grund der Elemente einer Bilanz di,e aus Eingange (Niederschlage, Bewasserungen) und Ausgange (Evapotranspiration, Durchsickerung des Wassers im Unterwurzelbereich) gebildet ist. Die Wasserbilanz wird wochentlich auf Grund der Klimadaten (Sonnenstrahlung, Temperatur, Luft, Windgeschwindigkeit, Niederschlage), der Angaben in Bezug auf den Vegetationsstand der Kultur, des Datums und der durch Bewăsse I"ung angewandten Wassermenge und Leistung des angewandten Bewăsserungswasser, beI"echnet. Der Vorteil der Einsetzung dieses Programmes ist der, dass die Zentralstelle des BewasseI"ungssystems die Moglichkeit hat, aui Grund von Minimaldaten, die von der expeI"imenteUen Anstalt (Evapotranspiration der Kultur in kurzen Zeitspannen) und von der Farm (Niederrschlage und Bewasserungen) eingegangen sind, die Rechnungen schnell vorzunehmen, sodass sie wochentlich den Farmern den BewăsseI"ungsbeginn, die Wassermenge je FaI"m, Parzellen und Kulturen, mitteilen kann. In Bericht sind die Moglichkeiten und Massnahmen analysiert die vorgenommen werden kănnen um dieses Programm der wissenschaftlichen Steuerung der Kulturbewăsserungen verbessert, den Verhăltnissen unseres Landes anzupassen; das Programm kann auch tatsăchlich fUr den kunstlich bewasserten Kartoffelbau niitzlich sein.
