I. PALTINEANU, Prognoza irigării culturilor. PROGRAMUL PROGNOZEI IRIGĂRH CULTURILOR AGRICOLE, PE BAZA DATELOR DE CLIMĂ, CULTURĂ ŞI SOL, FOLOSIT DE DEPARTAMENTUL AGRICULTURH DIN SUA SI POSIBILITĂTILE DE ADAPTARE ÎN ROMANIA: ' 1. P ĂLTINEANU Lucrarea prezintă programul computerizat al prognozel lflgării culturilor agricole pe baza datelor de climă, cultură şi sol, folosit de Departamentul Agriculturii din SUA şi posibilităţile de adaptare la condiţiile din ţara noastră. Programul constă în determinarea deficitului de apă din sol pe baza elementelor unei balanţe formată din intrări (precipitaţii, irigări) şi ieşiri (evapotranspiraţie, percolare sub zona radiculară). Balanţa de apă se calculează săptămînal pe baza datelor de climă (radiaţia solară, temperatură, aer, viteza vîntului, precipitaţii), a datelor în legătură cu stadiul de vegetaţie al culturii, a datei şi cantităţii de apă aplicată prin irig2re ca şi a randamentului aplicării apei de irigare pe teren. Avantajul folosirii acestui program este că pe baza unor date minime sosite de la statiunea experimentală (evapotranspiraţia culturii pe perioade scurte) şi de la fermă (precipitaţii şi irigări). Centrul Sistemului de irigaţii poate calcula rapid şi informa pe fermieri săptămînal asupra mmnentului pornirii irigării, a cantităt;ii de apă pe ferme, parcele şi culturi. In lucrare sînt analizate posibilităţile şi măsurile care pot fi luate pentru adaptarea în îmbunătă.ţirea, în condiţiile specifice din ţara noastră, a acestui program de conducere ştiinţifică a irigării culturilor, care pot fi de o reală utilitate şi pentru oultura ,crautofiUlui 'în irrigat. Rezervele de dulce ale planetei noastre sint limitate. Planeta anul 2100 o 20 rniliarde oameni pentru cu cantitatea kr11: 3 dulce, disponibilă va fi diJicilă (F u r o il, si ~Ln special cultura este cel mai m.are de apă dulce. Eforturile pe din ultimii zece care se fac evapotra:n!spiraţiei culturilor agricole nu au fi proiectanţi de sisteme, din .cauza fie a lipsei de tim.p, fie la lipsei de pregătire şi de experienţă în meteorologie, fizică şi agronomie. Una din cele m,ai importante aplicaţii ale rezultatelor studiilor de evapotranispiraţie este prognoza irigării culturilor folosită în exploatarea
