BEHAVIOUR OF A POTATO VARIETY ASSORTIMENT AGAINST POTATO
LATE BLIGHT INFECT,ION IN BRASOV ZONE
SUMMARY
Blight infection seores given in the period 1969-1972 as weU as tlle reaotion
scores of plants subjected ta artificial infections with the fungus race 0, an leaves
and tubers are presented in 'case of 385 varieties. The early and extr:aearly varieties
Kenta, Losiskii, Pentland Ace 'and Kenta, the haU late varieties Olev,
Apta, Regent, Hessenkrone, Roswitha and Flora, as well as the late varieties
Flora, Pollux, Wulkan, Erendira, Maritta and Tasso gave good results from the
Doint of view of their field resistance ta disease, Nearly 86% of the early and
half-early varieties were scored between 4 ,and 9, 9,76% of the hali early varieties
received seores ranging between 2 and 5, while 870/0 of the late varieties were

Es werden die Noten fur den Angriff der Kraut- und Knollenfaule des
Kartoffels die im Feld, in dem Jahren 1969-1972 fest,ge:=:tellt wurden neben der
Beantwortungsnote fur die Infektion mit der Rasse O auf dem Blatt und dem
KnolIen, bei 385 Arten, dargestellt. Fur den Widerstand im Feld zeichneten sieh
