Deşi la aceşte variante s-a realizat şi producţia cea mai ridicată, totuşi conţinutul proteină brută a fost mai ridicat (figura 4). Se ştie că fostforul este elementul energetic cel mai i:mportant,care condiţionează fotosinteza şi respiraţia. Pe lîngă acest rol important fosfQ-: rul influenţează în mod favorabil mărimea şi oalitatea conţinutului d:e amidon din tuberlculi.
