In'cazul de fafi vtrsta medie nu este,edifibatoale, adic6, nu reprezinti<br />
vlrsta majoritifii muncitorilor,, ci.. o medie a extrenrelor. C,opiii, iare pot<br />
efectua in timpul vacanfelor unele lucrdrl ln peplnieri, redu6 considerabil<br />
virsta medie, compensind cel pufin virsta bdrbatilor pensionari.<br />
Majoritatea, adici 79o/o din volumul lucrdrilor tn pepinierd sint executate<br />
de femei. O parte din ele sint femei tinere lntre 189i 25 ani, care nu s-au<br />
incadrat in altd ramuri de activitate. Majoritatea femeiior, lnsd, sint casnice.<br />
So{ii 1or fac navetd zilnic[, la centrele industriale iar ele neavlnd o pregetire<br />
p<strong>ro</strong>fesionald gi ocupindu-se de gospoddrie accepti sd lucreze sezonier,-ca muncitori<br />
necalificafi, realizind pe ord o retributie de bazd de 5,90 lei fafi de 6,90<br />
lei cit realizeazl. un muncitor calificat.<br />
In pepinierele in care predomind femeile neantrenate permanent in<br />
p<strong>ro</strong>ceslrl de p<strong>ro</strong>ducfie, copii Ei bdrba{ii in virstd, indeplinirea normelor este<br />
greu de realizal.<br />
P<strong>ro</strong>cesul de mqnci in pepiniere se efectueazd in aer liber, muncitorul<br />
fiind expus intempeiiilor, aviird de executat lucrdrf care se incadreazi la<br />
categoria de muncd fizicd grea, cum ar fi scosul puiefilor dupd dislocare cu<br />
plugul, cu un consum de energie de 8 kcal.minul.<br />
2. REZULTATELE <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>PRIV<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>IN</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>D</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>CONSUMUL</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>DE</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> MUNCA<br />
In tabelele l-8 sint prezentate consumurile de muncd vie (om-ore) si<br />
lei, raportate la mia de puirili gi la unitatea de suprafa{d). In analizd. au fodt<br />
luate cele opt operafii ale diferitelor tehnologii de p<strong>ro</strong>ducere a puiefilor qi<br />
prezentate seoarat cu consumurile aferente in cite un tabel, atit-pentru pdpinierele<br />
centrale ctt qi pentru pepinierele de ocol.<br />
Fiecare tabel confine ctte o operatie pentru toate vatiantele de cultur5,<br />
iar acestea sint:<br />
Tabelul I - pregltirea terenului.<br />
Tabelul 2 - crearea culturii (semdnat, butlgtt, repicat).<br />
Tabelul 3 - intre{inerea culturii.<br />
Tabelul 4 - lucrdri de combatere<br />
Tabelul 5 - administrarea ingrdqdmintelor.<br />
Tabelul 6 - irigare.<br />
Tabelul 7 - scos, strins, depozitat, impachetat puiefi.<br />
Tabelul 8 - lucrdri auxiliaie (intretinerea poteiilor, a terenurilor in<br />
ameliorare, reparat gard qi unelte).<br />
In tabelul 9 slnt lnsumate consumurile medii din tabelele l-8. In afard<br />
de acbstea mai sint prezentate consumurile de muncd vie om-zile, cheltuieli<br />
cu. materiale (seminte, butagi, puiefi, ingrdEdminte, substanfe pentru combatere<br />
etc.) g! cotele de amortizare pentru utilajele intrebuinlate Cu care pepinierele<br />
sint dotate.<br />
In coloana 20 cheltuielile cu munca vie si materializatd sint insumate<br />
qi raportate la mia de puieli, iar in coloana 2l'la unitatea de suprafatd (ar).<br />
In coloana 22 se redi media ponderentd a numdrului de ouieti o<strong>ro</strong>dusi<br />
gi a costului de p<strong>ro</strong>ducfie (calculaf de citre pepiniere) qi carb cubrinde p'u<br />
lingd cheltuielile-directe (col.20) Ei alte costuii lC.l.S.,'costuri comune ale<br />
secfiei gi ale intreprinderii, amortizarea clddirilor etc.).<br />

Rezultatele inscrise la numerele curente 2;6; 14;21;25;31-33; 35;<br />
42; 48-53; 56-58; 62; 63; 70;72;75-83 nu constituie o medie, decarece<br />
din numirul de unitdti studiate, aceqti puieti au aplrut la clte o singuri pepinieri<br />
gi de aceea ele sint ihfluenfate de conditiile particulare ale p<strong>ro</strong>cesului<br />
de p<strong>ro</strong>ducfie dintr-o singuri pepinieri.<br />
Astfel in cazril variantei'prezentate la ilndul 72 (molid, pat nutritiv,<br />
2 ani) peste 50% din puietii scogi au fost inapf i, iar cheltuielile pentru udat<br />
(operafie efectuatd cu st<strong>ro</strong>pitoarea) au fost foarte mari, influenfind in acest<br />
m6d cheltuielile calculate. Pot fi luate tn calcul cheltuielile efectuate la unitatea<br />
de suprafafd dacd se face inlocuirea cheltuielilor efectuate cu udatul<br />
in cazul prezentat, cu sumele medii cheltuite la aceasti operatie, de cdtre<br />
unitatea care i;i planificd lucrarea respectivd, iar pentru cheltuielile la mia<br />
de puiefi, din tabel se pot reduce cifrele cu 50%<br />
In cazul variantelor prezentate la rindul 55 (molid repicat, 2 ani) 9i<br />
56 (molid repicat 3 ani), cheltuielile pe unitatea de suprafafi au lost aceleagi<br />
in primii doi ani, dar densitatea fost diferit5, 12,3 mii puiefi/ar in cazul<br />
variantei 55 (care constituie o medie pe mai multe culturi gi mai multe pepiniere).<br />
Cheltuielile pe mia de puief i apar astfel deformate, utilizabile fiind numai<br />
cele raportate la unitatea de suprafatd.<br />

CONCLUZII<br />
l. Consumul de forti de muncd gi cheltuielile care au fost prezentate<br />
in tabelele l-9, constituie o medie din ultimii 4 ani.<br />
2. Din calcule rezultd cd pepinierele centrale p<strong>ro</strong>duc material de impddurit<br />
in conditii de p<strong>ro</strong>ductivitate mai ridicatd, mai ales puiefi de foioase,<br />
datoritd faptului cd sint mai bine dotate cu magini.<br />
3. In general se constati cd parcul de utilaje este sub nivelul necesarului.<br />
Astfel lucrdrile de intretinere, care in p<strong>ro</strong>porlie de ap<strong>ro</strong>ximativ 45% se pot<br />
efectua mecanizat, se executd tot manual, consumindu-se un volum mare<br />
de fortd de muncI.<br />
Lucrdrile de creare a culturilor in pepinierd se efectueazi cu foarte pufine<br />
excepfii manual.<br />
4. Cel mai mare volum de lucrdri in pepinieri se executl manual, de<br />
cdtre . muncitori sezonieri, necal.ificafi, cu o responsabilitate mai scdzuti fali<br />
de calitatea lucrdrilor.<br />
5. Numirul muncitorilor permanenfi, calificafi ln pepinieri, este insuficient.<br />
De o deosebitd importantd pentru imbundtdfirea organizirii muncii<br />
in pepinierd este permanentizarea lucririlor. Numai organizarea muncii pe<br />
formafii permanente de muncd poate asigura continuitatea in muncd, realizarea<br />
calitltii lucrlrilor, folosirea deplind a mijloaCelor de p<strong>ro</strong>ducfie, aplicarea<br />
metodelor silvo-tehnice inaintate, contribuie la educarea lucritorilor in<br />
spiritul grijii pentru pdstrarea qi dezvoltarea p<strong>ro</strong>prietifii socialiste, pentru<br />
lntdrirea disciplinei in munci qi a rdspunderii personale.<br />

Im Rahmen der Forschungen wurden der Arbeitsaufwan der Arbeiter und die ent'<br />
sprechenden Lohnkosten je Masseinheit der erzielten Fortpflanzen bestimmt und einige e<strong>ro</strong>g'<br />
nomische Fragen hrasen an1 angegangen.<br />
Es wurden diJG-egelenheiten die Gegebenheiten<br />

Die ergonomischei Untersuchungen verfolgen Struktur und Lebensbedingungen-der<br />
