Obiectivul/rezultatul final al proiectului:<br />

Obiectivul principal al proiectului este realizarea unui <strong>si</strong>stem <strong>integrat</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>avertizare</strong><br />

<strong>timpurie</strong>, <strong>monitorizare</strong> <strong>si</strong> <strong>analiza</strong> a riscului la seceta pe teritoriul Romaniei, care sa<br />

combine informatia satelitara cu datele masurate pe teren <strong>si</strong> cu rezultatele<br />

mo<strong>de</strong>larii numerice climatice.<br />

• <strong>Sistem</strong>ul implementat va a<strong>si</strong>gura integrarea cu viitorul <strong>si</strong>stem european <strong>de</strong> raspuns rapid in cazul <strong>si</strong>tuatiilor <strong>de</strong> urgenta<br />

(inundatii, cutremure, alunecari <strong>de</strong> teren, secete) creat in cadrul programului GMES (Global Monitoring for Environment and<br />

Security).<br />

• Un nou indice <strong>de</strong> seceta utilizand evapotranspiratia<br />

• Metoda <strong>de</strong> prelucrare statistica a seriilor temporare <strong>de</strong> indici pentru realizarea avertizarii timpurii in mod operational<br />

• Metoda <strong>de</strong> prelucrare a imaginilor satelitare MSG<br />

• Mo<strong>de</strong>l climatic adaptat zonei <strong>de</strong> sud est a Europei (cuprinzind Romanai) cu celula <strong>de</strong> 10*10 km<br />
