fara umbre). E nevoie <strong>de</strong> pasiune(sa faci asta ca hobby sau cu o motivatie importanta-supravietuirea) si <strong>de</strong><br />

staruinta pt a disciplina mintea sa se localizeze in ceea ce faci acum si aici, fiindca altfel este ratata poarta <strong>de</strong><br />

intrare(daca umbli dupa efecte, rezultate in timp ce practici traiesti in asteptari, in dorinte, in viitor); mintea se<br />

plictiseste fiindca a fost programata sa stea sa privesca in "afara"(am pus ghilimele fiindca ea este permanent<br />

inchisa)- este programata sa priveasca ecranul mental, pe care este proiectat filmul umbrelor , doar peretele<br />

pesterii lui Platon; filmul este constituit din impulsurile senzoriale si cognitive(procesare logica=emisfera<br />

stanga, analogica=emisfera dreapta), din impulsurile pe care noi le numim "imaginatie" (functia proiectiva,<br />

conceptualizare, vizualizare; trairea in viitor; asteptari; dorinte) si <strong>de</strong> impulsurile stocate in cursul experientelor<br />

anterioare pe care le numim "memorie" ( functia <strong>de</strong> retinere si <strong>de</strong>afisare a experientelor noastre anterioare;<br />

trairea in trecut), pe ecranul mental (peretele pesterii).<br />

Exista trei atentii: 1.prima este <strong>de</strong> scurta durata si este <strong>de</strong>numita intelectuala(tine mai putin <strong>de</strong> 30 minute) daca<br />

nu are finantare emotionala si instinctuala; fara aliniere cu celelalte doua tipuri <strong>de</strong> atentie nu se realizeaza<br />

stabilitatea si masa critica; 2. atentia afectiva( dureaza mai multi ani sau chiar o viata, ca iubirea); 3.atentia<br />

instinctuala (dureaza ore, zile, ani si chiar o viata pana cand este satisfacuta o anumita nevoie: foame,<br />

supravietuire);<br />

Anapana(respiratie) Sati (exercitiu <strong>de</strong> atentie) inseamna constientizarea inspiratiei si<br />

expiratiei si reprezinta prima treapta din practica absorbtiei meditative numita<br />

Vipassana("a ve<strong>de</strong>a lucrurile asa cum sunt ele in realitate").<br />

Anapana(breath) Sati(attention exercise) is the mindfulness of the in and out breath and<br />

is the first step in the practice of meditative absobtion called Vipassana ("to see things<br />

as they really are")<br />

Anapana is the first step in the practice of Vipassana meditation.Vipassana, which means<br />

"to see things as they really are", is a logical process of mental purification through selfobservation.<br />

It is the observation of natural respiration, as it comes in and as it goes out.<br />

Anapana is a simple technique that helps <strong>de</strong>velop concentration of the mind. Besi<strong>de</strong>s<br />

helping them calm and concentrate their minds, Anapana helps children to better<br />

un<strong>de</strong>rstand themselves and how their minds work. They <strong>de</strong>velop an inner strength that<br />

helps them to choose right and appropriate actions over wrong actions. For this reason<br />

Anapana provi<strong>de</strong>s them with a tool to <strong>de</strong>al with fears, anxieties, and pressures of life.
