Imbunatatirea starii <strong>de</strong> sanatate a populatiei prin <strong>de</strong>zvoltarea unei<br />
meto<strong>de</strong> non-invaziva <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>pistare precoce a cancerului <strong>de</strong> piele<br />
Elementele <strong>de</strong> noutate si originalitate <strong>ale</strong> proiectului:<br />
•Proiectarea si realizarea unor instalatii <strong>de</strong> THz care permit investigarea tumorilor pe<br />
adancimi <strong>de</strong> patrun<strong>de</strong>re <strong>de</strong> 300-400 μm si o rezolutie pe fiecare directie <strong>de</strong> 1 μm.<br />
•Extin<strong>de</strong>rea utilizarii la <strong>de</strong>terminari endoscopice folosind ghiduri <strong>de</strong> unda.<br />
•Analiza sistematica a caracteristicilor spectr<strong>ale</strong> in regiunea THz a probelor <strong>de</strong><br />
tesuturi din arhiva.<br />
•Analiza sistematica a gradului <strong>de</strong> hidratare (prin intermediul modului <strong>de</strong> hidratare<br />
controlata) asupra spectrelor probelor din arhiva.<br />
•Interpretarea spectrelor <strong>de</strong> THz prin meto<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong> mo<strong>de</strong>lare moleculara.<br />
