Coeziune Teritoriala - dimensiuni Coeziunea teritoriala se refera la exprimarea spatial geografica a strategiei, pe baza viziunii, a obiectivelor si masurilor aferente; coeziunea teritoriala presupune orientarea in spatiu a investitiilor si pe domenii a asistentei, astfel incat sistemul spatial economic proiectat prin strategia de dezvoltare si integrare a Romaniei sa poata fi implementat. Cadrul strategic pentru amenajarea teritoriului UE integreaza obiectivele fundamentale ale UE privind coeziunea, competitivitatea si durabilitatea in cadrul teritoriului (European Spatial Development Perspective, document adoptat de UE în 1999 ) • Amenajarea policentrica a teritoriului si o noua relatie urban-ruralrural • Accesul egal la infrastructura si cunoastere • Administrarea inteleapta a patrimoniului natural si cultural Dimensiunile coeziunii teritoriale • Regionala • Trans-nationala nationala si inter-regionalaregionala • Guvernanta, administrare durabila
